Great group of people to have your vehicle serviced. Took our BMW in for routine maintenance, Taylor and the team at Laurel did a full check and found another issue that was covered by our warranty. This is exactly why we use the manufacturer service facility. A 15-minute oil change place would not have paid this level of attention or had a deep understanding of the vehicle. Terrible experience on many levels. I explained a problem with my check engine light coming on and off when making the appointment and conveyed that I would be traveling from out of town and had to take time off work so I wanted to avoid having to make multiple trips.At first, I was the only person in the waiting room, but eventually another person who originally entered with a mask on resorted to wearing it under his chin and another who entered without a mask from the start. There were clearly signs posted stating that they were required, but it was obviously not enforced.After seeing multiple employees coming in and out either without masks or having them pulled down, it became apparent that it wasn’t an issue to them. I have a lung disease so my anxiety was already high having to go into a location that I would’ve otherwise avoided at this time. If only I would have known how much worse it would get.In the end, I was told that even though they could see the prior faulty signals, the check engine light was not on at that time so there was nothing that they could do. It would have been really nice to know this when making the appointment.Laurel BMW of PA, you CAN and SHOULD do better for your customers. This customer will not be returning.

They have a 100% customer centered focus, and will always be my preferred service center for this reason. The cost of service is surprisingly affordable and my service advisor Jaime is an absolute gem, and valuable asset to the center as well.

Do not go to Laurel BMW for service. Jaime the secretary is very rude and lacks professionalism. I left multiple voicemails even sent an email yet got no response. I had a diagnostic done on my car four days later the undershield was hanging off. I tried calling to see if perhaps this was the result the diagnostic and couldn’t reach anyone via phone. After unsuccessfully reaching out to Jaime I left messages with another receptionist just to have no one return those phone calls. I’ve owned several bmw’s and have had interactions with service centers across the country so I know this locations behavior is subpar. BMW of State College was able to clean up the mess that Johnstown caused unfortunately it cost me an additional $175.00

Took my car there to get diagnosed, wasted my time and money. I decided to look into the issue I was having by myself and found the issue within 5 minutes. Very rude and VERY unprofessional for a semi luxury car brand. 10/10 do not recommend their service

Very knowledgeable and curtious, explained the problems well.The only disappointment was that you did not have the part in stock, which resulted us occurring additional hotel expenses. After two purchases from this dealership I have never taken a car back for a rework of a repair. It was a good service experience, but the service department did not address a couple issues that I asked for. The wiper blades and the battery for the key fob.
I had the greatest service advisor of ANY BMW anywhere; Kenny. He was helpful and even helped wash my car himself to get me out quicker. And I have never seen X-Line rims this clean before

Unfortunately, didn’t spend enough time in the dealership to experience any customer service. When I entered the dealership mid-day on a weekday, there was no one in the showroom. I heard voices in the back and walked around to see if I could find someone to help me. As I was looking at a vehicle in the showroom, two gentlemen came out, went straight to their desks and never greeted me. I initiated contact, but was just given abrupt answers and felt like I was inconveniencing them. They were both on their cell phones; I assume doing online work. My visit was not a good first impression of this dealership and they may have lost a sale; I haven’t decided whether I’m going back or not. They are the most convenient BMW dealership for me, but it may be worth driving over 90 miles to receive professional, courteous customer service.
I just moved to PA and on a google search found out this was the closest BMW dealer to me. I scheduled an oil change and arrived on time. After “inspection” or analyzing my key they said I needed rear brakes and that would cost $720. I had just bought my certified vehicle less than 60 days ago. When I informed them of that and asked how it could have passed a certified inspection with brakes that needed replaced they let me know there was a “technical error” and I didn’t actually need brakes. Finally when I left they set my next service for 2100 miles.... Any BMW owner knows the service schedule. I can only think this is the type of dealership that is looking to rip people off on services they don’t need and have them come back for service earlier than necessary.
We’ve never felt better about buying a car. There was no pressure at any time to do anything. Excellent follow up on all questions as they were all answered thoroughly and completely. Simply stated Ben Kamnikar and everyone were trustworthy.

I had been looking for a used BMW 340i for a few months. I showed it to my wife and she called Laurel BMW on a Thursday evening. The salesman, Ben, returned her call shortly thereafter. We filled out the online loan application Thursday night and emailed Ben the information on the 328i I wanted to trade. Friday morning Ben called with an excellent price on the car and for my trade. We drove from Charleston, WV to Johnstown, PA later the same day. We picked up our car Saturday morning. No hassles. No shenanigans. Ben had everything ready. Ben and Beth, the finance manager, were friendly and polite. We were on the road in our new car headed for Charleston that morning. Wonderful experience.

I agreed to wait until next day for exchange of vehicles at my home again. Professional service. Everyone I spoke with including the gentleman who delivered loaner and then my car next day very courteous and friendly. Car was clean inside and out. In area, stopped in to ask about my cars oil usage - oil low notification. I received a detailed explanation from a technician, who also printed oil usage specs for me. I was within the oil change window so the tech offered to do an oil change...immediately and without an appointment. I was out the door and on my way within an hour. I had contact with three service personnel. All were very friendly and helpful. THANK YOU!!!

My 2017 BMW 530i had an intermittent engine symbol appear on my dash screen. My car was purchased out of state but as an authorized dealer, they readily agree to look at it for me. An assessment was made and a replacement part ordered. The new part was put in yesterday and everything appears to be working perfectly. I was pleased with the entire process. A special shout-out to the service manager, Jeremy Kissel, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice waiting area, comfortable seating, light snacks, coffee. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and, in fact, I have already done so to several people. Excellent dealership, angst-free experience.
Took my 330xi here because it had four recalls that needed done.Took about three days for them to fix it. Gave me a wonderful loaner car free of charge while they had my vehicle. Did great work on it and even had it cleaned up for me.Overall they were very nice to me. Because of this good experience Ill also be heading back there in the next few months to buy a new car off of them.
I havent filmed any reviews at the BMW dealership yet, but from first impressions, all the staff were very nice. I only rated this four stars because I felt as if I was non-existent at the dealership. I had sales representatives stare right at me when I first walked in, and they didnt say a single thing. But nonetheless, these guys are a very professional BMW dealership and Ill definitely give them some credit when I come to review a new BMW.

Knowingly sold me a junk car blew up after three months of owning and service shop charges three times what fair price literally told me they’re charging me 300 to check the one coil that literally takes five mins and little to no work should known or they was scammers when they called three day’s after I bought the car to tell me they didn’t charge me enough and added over 2000 dollars to the bill
