Enjoyed the experience of buying a new vehicle from Laurel. My wife and I were able to decide what we wanted to buy. We were able to come to an agreement with the dealership and had a hassle free experience. Never did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Three people in particular were very helpful in helping my wife and I make our decision. They are (in no order) Rob, Mark, and Lance. Overall a very pleasant transaction, will buy from again when the time for a new car comes again.

All repairs were done in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the work done and with the employees.

Had to get my jeep worked on in short notice. They were able to squeeze me in when other 3 dealers wont. They have great customer service and reasonable prices.

They came and picked up my vehicle while I was working so it was very convenient for me. They had it back way before I got off work. The drivers were also very respectful and nice.

Mark Shaffer is an outstanding salesman and broke all of my perceptions of what Ive previously thought about car sales!! Mark made the buying experience a very fun one from start to finish. Probably the most important thing to add here, is the deal couldnt be made at other dealerships, so the drive was certainly worth the deal and I recommend checking the Laurel team out!! Had my car taken to Laurel Chrysler Dodge because of a starting up issue. The car was repaired in a fast and professional manner. I will continue to use their services.

I am done dealing with this dealership. You cant take a vehicle to this dealership for a simple state inspection with a vehicle not needing anything (vehicle was driven less than 6,000 miles in a year). They will try to sell you about $500 in overpriced recommended services. Its ironic that I completed 2 of these services at home for under $30 and there going rate for these 2 services was about $290. This is discusting!

I took my truck in to get my tires balanced because of a vibration. The service employees were very polite and professional and my service time was adhered to. Quick service and it seems to have fixed the issue I was having. Would recommend Laurel for service.

Very friendly staff! They were courteous. Mr. Sheppler was very helpful. He discussed other financing options before the financing department continued with the inquiries. I would give this review 0 stars if I could and that’s coming from a former employee who left on good terms.Took my vehicle in for service due to an oil leak and it sat there for over a month. I received zero updates during that time. When I called to check the status of my vehicle my calls were, first of all not answered, and when I finally spoke with someone I was told I would be called back, but I never heard from anyone. This happened about three different times.When I picked up my car I noticed that the drip shield was hanging (which I asked them to secure) and, more importantly, I found a new puddle of oil under my car for about a week.I took it back up to get looked at and they claim that it is coming from overflow. Did the technician pour oil all over the engine before putting it inside?Overall very disappointed with the service from the dealership. From customer satisfaction to the services performed on my vehicle. I can assure you I will never return to LAG.

0 STARS IF POSSIBLE - They DO NOT fully Honor Mopar Service Offers, they did agree to the One Package for $45.95 but would NOT do the 3 for $100. Guess thats because their Normal Price for One Full Synthetic Oil Change is $80! Was told to just bring this offer in for my Jeep appointment, but now they wont honor it, what a waste of time. I Left and will be going to a different dealership that will actually fully honor Mopar service offers. I Guess this would have broke Laurel Auto Group. Thanks for wasting my time!

Having used Laurel for several services I have found them to be excellent! Their work is extremely quick and they keep you updated on the progress as it goes along. Their service writers are knowledgeable and quite informative.

They did not fix my car, they made it worse. I went in for a recall and they tried to charge me $800 in repairs because they messed up the recall. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Whatever you guys do, DO NOT go to these people. They will rip you off every single chance they get. This is the SECOND time I brought my truck in for warranty repairs and was told it was not covered under warranty! First my power steering went in my truck a couple months ago then now my back up camera and my fog light went out! And neither of them are covered. Such a absolute waste of my time and gas. They do NOT stick behind their word and service. Unbelievable.

I made my appointment online very easily and it was confirmed almost immediately. The service personnel that I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Service completed in a timely manner as promised.

I had a 2 P.M. appointment to get my oil changed. It was finished about 3:15 p.m. No other services performed. It appeared my vehicle had been appropriately protected, with plastic on drivers seat and cover around steering wheel. Discovered later the oil status screen had not been reset as it did not show 100% as it should, instead displayed same 41% as when I took the vehicle for service. Had to return to have it reset, which was done quickly. Staff was friendly and courteous.

They were very prompt getting the job done but they never told me till when the invoice came that they were charging $99.95 for the diagnostic. The second issue is they didn’t want to use the company I have my warranty thru. I would of had everything done there but they lost a job and probably my future business.

The Service Department at Laurel is top notch. The staff is pleasant and professional. The mechanics are fast and precise. Never disappointed!

First oil change- did not even rotate tires or check fluid levels...poor service. Think twice about going there- other dealerships provide much better service. Emailed Jeep their response was take it up with the dealership-very professional!!! Hope this new vehicle dont require any type of service. Hopefully another dealership will treat customers better.

Jordan Bracken was wonderful. I felt no pressure to buy anything. He took me on so many test drives and was so patient with me. When I finally chose the Renegade, the staff worked diligently to get my payment where I needed it to be. This is my second purchase from Laurel. The first Jeep I bought I kept for 13 years. I do thank everyone there for being so patient and kind. I don’t do well with large purchases so their effort made the difference.

I had recall work that needed done on my truck. They were quick to get my truck in for service. Brian in their service department was very helpful and accommodating making sure that I had a rental while they had my truck for service work so that I would not have issues getting back and forth to work. The work took longer than I had anticipated but given the current situation with Covid-19 and all of the protesting/rioting in the cities that had caused disruptions in deliveries by FedEx, UPS, etc. It is understandable.

The service on my truck was fast and the personnel were very friendly!
