5 Stars! I hit a deer, took it to JMA and now my Subaru looks awesome! They did a great job with the repairs and paint work. It looks brand new again! I highly recommend them for all your collision needs! Big or small jobs, you wont be disappointed!

JMA took over two weeks to buff my car and repaint where there was tree damage. They charged for body work and paint then fixed 2/15 issues and painted overt everything else. When asked why I was charged and the items not fixed the manager of the Johnstown office said I can get ahold of allstate because they are backed up and cant fix anything for a few months. Also the shop manager stated “thats as good as we can do, i’d see if someone else can fix the swirls we made, we really are rushing we have alot of cars to do”. I had to contact Allstate who wanted to see the car, before I got out of the car my agent said “I saw it all when you pulled in, who did this to your car?!” After taking it to Thomas Autobody they have to repaint the entire car and fix the damages CAUSES by JMA now on top of the tree damage. Completely unprofessional and the quality of work is even worse, Allstate agent toldme they plan on dropping JMA from their network because this is a new consistent problem. BEWARE OF JMA GO TO THOMAS AUTO BODY

Went down to have Paul and his crew change out a front bumper that I damaged on my 19 RAM. They were prompt and got everything done with the time specified. Had a great experience.

If I could give them negative stars I would!! They had my car for 39 days, waiting on a part, that I had to call the dealership to find out where it was. It was delivered the next day!! Paul was very dismissive and nonchalant about when my car was going to be ready!! They charged my insurance over $7200, treated me as if it was ok that I had been without a car for over a week. If I didnt put my foot down and stepped in I probably still wouldnt have my car back!! If I didnt call I would have never gotten updates about my car from them!! After treating me so badly all they had to offer was a free car wash, that Im never going to use because they will never touch my car again,, also my car wasnt that clean when I picked it up!! My advice, if you need body work, go to a dealership since they order the parts from them anyhow!! Sorry for the long post and I really try to not give negative feedback but how they treated me was the worst!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I needed an estimate for some damage that occurred in a fender bender. They schedule appointments for estimates and I got one the next day. They were really quick and friendly and gave me a detailed estimate for my repairs. The quote was considerably less than I was expecting, and they spent a little extra time looking for the most inexpensive parts.

Failed to confirm the estimate of what was actually damaged in the accident. Instead they tried to get the insurance to pay and fix the entire vehicle when we didn’t need them to and could of caused a lot of problems for us.
