February of last year, brought my Ford fusion in for being rear ended. Today I find out my rear end is totally messed up, since bringing it into Team. I brought it back because the rear end kicked out on bumbs. They sent it to team kia for alignment. Ive went through 6 brand new 80k tires(30k miles actually driven). After taking it to freedom Ford for another alignment, the fronts are fine now.The kicking out has started again, so tires 7 an 8 where just put on the car. The tire side where I was rear ended was completely bald the other side is fine but worn.I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here, after speaking to Tom (claim handler at team Collison) he said Team kia is responsible for my car. They will do anything for me since the car was originally brought to team Collison.Update. 33,127 miles after taking to Team. just had my car brought into luther ford in homer city, an the control arm that Team Collison said they fixed is not fixed, its being replaced hopefully correctly this time.

When they were done fixing my vehicle it looked better than when I picked it up brand new from tristar.Very good detailers 👍

We took our 2017 Kia Forte here after someone hit us from behind and they were replacing the bumper. We go to pick the car up and on the side of our vehicle there’s a dent and scratch a few inches long. Well The first thing they did to our car was take pictures of it so clearly they could’ve work and seen it wasn’t there before hand anyways we told them about it and the manager was suppose to get back to us the following day and didn’t. Unfortunately we let it go and nothing got done. My wife and I were going through a lot of other things st the time and that was the least of our worries. Smh I wish I wouldn’t of let it go but that just shows what kind of people work there Especially the manager.

Great place to get a car fixed and they been really great to us

Fixed my car very fast and even gave me a ride home and to pick it up.

Joe took the time to explain how they would proceed and then offered me a rental car because my insurance didnt offer it.. someone from Payless rental comes right down to pick you up and gets you all squared away. My car looked brand new(almost) when they were finished. I had a problem with my headlights, not quite two weeks after they fixed my car and I called Joe and he said to bring it down.. fixed the problem and didnt even charge me. I would definitely recommend them and if something were to happen again, I will go right back😀

Everything about this place is amazing. I will continue to take my car here... even now since I live in Pittsburgh.

Very good and professional when it comes to auto repair and body work

Honestly this business doesnt deserve a star at all they told me 12-14 days to do repairs and ended up taking them 5 days shy of two months to complete and then I pick up car and its still wasnt right so now waiting to hear from them to get fixed
