Work was done in a timely fashion. Said air filter and cabin filter were due to be changed, like the idea they keep you informed as what needs to be addressed. Had filters added to work I was having done. Happy with results.

Dealership employees knew they had what we wanted. Lack of inventory puts consumer at disadvantage to negotiate any kind of deal, because if you dont want the deal they show you, they know someone else will. Poor inventory everywhere also contributes to this. Definitely felt it was a take it or leave it situation. When we are in the market again, we feel no incentive or advantage to return to Thomas. Also, internet sales person gave me the name of the Sales Manager to be sure to ask for after scheduling the appointment for us. Upon arrival, and when asking for the sales manager, he seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. The truck was not pulled up to the salesroom area ready to be shown. I have sold vehicles in the past, and I always was ready to show a vehicle for an scheduled appointment. My vehicles were cleaned and ready to show, not still in the lot. Overall, this experience was nothing special.

Service writer gave me a ride home because it was going to be a little bit to check my truck problems out. Was willing to pick me up after it was done also, but I was able to get the neighbor to give me a ride. Parts ordered for the repairs. Will get call back when in. Very pleased 😊

One of your van drivers just pulled out in front of me on Eisenhower Blvd. on 2/22/21 a little before 9am. The road conditions are bad, it’s actively snowing, and they didn’t stop and look for oncoming cars before leaving your driveway. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

Had an oil change on Friday. My truck started smoking. I look all around it, no leaks. I pulled the dipstick and it was WAY overfilled. It appears the added without draining the old. I guess I have to go back and talk with them. We need a half star. This is like the 3rd or 4th time they failed on quality service. I need a new dealership.

Ive been a Thomas customer since 1988, and Ive been extremely satisfied with all service until recently. I intended to have my original vehicle serviced and was persuaded to purchase a new vehicle by Salesperson Tom Kirby. Ive dealt with Mr. Kirby in the past, and hes treated me with dignity and respect. He introduced me to a new vehicle he thought I might be interested in, and I purchased this new vehicle with the understanding that it was a 2018 GMC Canyon. It was only a few days later I discovered that the vehicle I purchased was a 2017 NOT a 2018. From my discussion with Mr. Kirby prior to purchase and the fact that I trusted him from a past transaction, I was under the impression the vehicle was a 2018. Mr. Kirby made no effort to underscore the fact that the 2018 vehicles would be on sale shortly, and he did not encourage me to come back later to purchase a 2018 rather than sell me the 2017 he in fact sold me. I am at fault for not carefully reading my contract; however, this does not change the fact that I feel I was short-changed by the 2017 I ended up with rather than the 2018 I thought I would get. Furthermore, why would I knowingly purchase a 2017 vehicle when the 2018 vehicle would be available shortly for roughly the same price and quite a bit more value. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, Ive never done that. Why would I start now? I may return to Thomas, but I would choose a day Mr. Kirby has off.

Had to get rid of our old Grand Prix because it was just too expensive to fix. The staff were quite friendly and didnt rush us through the process. And they were very helpful with some maintenance needs that sprung up later (to be expected with used cars, it was nothing major). They made the whole process easy.

Dealt entirely with Thomas, head of internet sales, bought a used car entirely online - very easy. Updating my review after the car was delivered. Did the paperwork in my van and took possession of the used car. It was even better than described online, a great car and a great deal easily done from 60 miles away.

I had my Envision in for an oil change and yearly inspection. The gentleman who corresponded with me and checked out the car did a wonderful job. They were efficient, kind, and all completed within a reasonable amount of time.

Service center had my inspection done on time. My car is newer so I didn’t expect issues, but still it was nice to have it back quickly. They were professional on the phone and in the office. The lobby for the service area is a little tight.

Very friendly staff. Helped us in any way they could to pick a vehicle and get the best possible deal for us. They suggested that we look at a lease and we found that as the best option even though we had never considered it previously. We were extremely well pleased. Friendly people and great service .

I did purchase more than 1 auto at this dealership. Unfortunately for me, I paid $30,000 for only 30,000 miles on a GMC Envoy. We did purchase a Buick Regal which my hubby loved, but it was destroyed by a drunk driver while parked outside our home. We didnt even get to make our 1st loan payment. Then hubby got stuck in a 2003 Chevy Malibu LS. He hated the car from day 1, but he knew it was our only option. At least the Malibu is still running via engine & transmission, but uni-body died out in January 2019. At least we got our investment out of the Malibu! But we decided after warranties ran out to never have service or free inspections done there due to the picky service department. Sorry guys, but your neighbor Dean Jordan Goodyear was the BEST place to buy tires and get safety inspections done even though we paid for the inspection. The cars were ALWAYS Safe!!

There was a recall on my car - the rim size was omitted on a sticker. Overall I have been happy with my car purchases at Thomas. However, this time (my second new car purchase with them), I have been disappointed by the lack of communication and the inability to fulfill promises. I was originally told that my new car would be delivered to me by 5pm on Tuesday. It wasnt delivered until almost 8pm, and when questioned no one would even tell me when the person left the dealership to go pick it up. Then, the car was delivered to me with just over half a tank of gas (when it was supposed to be a full tank!).I also paid for the Auto Armour, and the dealership said they would come get the car the following week to do so and promised they would be return it with a full tank of gas. They did pick up the car and do the Auto Armour I paid for, but they definitely didnt return my car with a full tank of gas! Instead, I gave them the car with a nearly full tank, and they returned it with half a tank of gas. I find this to be very disappointing.

Bought a used GMC Terrain on Sept. 24th 2019. By mid November, all kinds of issues. Nothing you can do with thier great 30 day warranty. Check engine codes, etc. Car just shuts offs while stopped. One code prompted me to check the air filter, maf sensor, etc. While doing so, I came across the dirtiest air filter I have ever seen in any car, in my life. I have pictures I can easily post to prove. For a car that rated 89/90 on thier used car rating chart, you would assume a decent, reputable car dealer would have at the very least checked the air filter. A $12,000 used car should certainly have a new air filter, so what else did they not check, or worse. Be very skeptical, I guess I learned a lesson.

This is the second vehicle in 2 years purchased from Thomas Buick GMC. First vehicle was a new 2015 GMC truck purchased in 2016. Salesman was Tom Kirby and he made it perfectly clear I was buying a 2015 even though 2016 models were already out. He worked me up a very good deal on a truck I never thought Id be able to afford. Tom Kirby sold my teen son a 2010 Mazda.in Aug 2017. Within a day or two, the engine light came on. Diagnostics shows a bad injector and mechanic indicated the light was tripped off or some such language, by the dealership so it would stay off long enough to sell the car. This is not inexpensive and my college kid cant afford hundreds of dollars to repair. The sales manager will not return calls. They screwed over a kid. Good job. Fix the car or take it back!

Posting for an older relative that doesnt know about internet reviews. They bought a used truck last week- some guys at thomas actually swapped out the tires that were on it when my aunt and uncle said theyd buy it. When confronted the sales guy said those better tires werent save. Makes sense right? A sales guy sells a truck, at the last minute notices that the tires are old (because no one noticed before of course), and put of pure humanitarian kindness put on lower quality but safer tires. They never put the tires on that they owed. I can understand trying to get over on someone but straight saying some stupid lie is offensive to anyone that they are related to. They got over so heres the negative review for.

I bought my last vehicle there back in 2015 from Tom Kirby. Treated me great so I came back when I was ready to upgrade :-) Tom was great, helped me get my loan at a great rate (much better than the one I had with my own bank)! Ill be back as a repeat customer when Im ready to upgrade again.
