Stopped in for a quick trip, the lady working was very professional, provided great information regarding the questions i had and gave my kiddo a helium balloon, after asking me first. I dont go in this store very often, honestly, just because i dont often need the products they sell, however was generally a pleasant interaction and the store seemed to have a large variety. Would definitely go back when applicable and would recommend to others who are seeking party supplies.

Love this place during Halloween or before because they have all kinds of stuff... accessories, order costumes you may have to order shoes somewhere else Im not sure but they have a lot of variety to complete an outfit

This was the first time i came to this place love the store but wasnt able to get what i needed, so i think they need a bigger selection in adult costumes or the newest characters, the themes coming out

It was ok. They had some Halloween costume stuff. And they had a wall of pictures of potential costumes. I was hoping for more of a selection I can see not just a picture. And possibly a clearance section from like last years costumes. For me the selection was also kinda pricey. I have five kids I am looking to get costumes for so this just isnt very practical for me. However they offered a wide variety of party decorations and party favors, all kinds of themes too. I thought that stuff was very reasonable in price.

Has most everything you could need for standard birthday parties. All products look and feel disposable. Reasonably clean, although a little run down.

Not very busy inside the girls are super nice. I forgot my wallet and they even waited for me to go get it and come back with no issues. They also have a very good selection of party supplies and costumes. Would recomend.

Store workers were wonderful they were very polite and very helpful their Halloween costume selection is very limited although their birthday party supplies and wedding and baby shower party supplies are the best

Nice staff every time Ive been here. Some popular childrens party themes are limited on options and some things here are a bit expensive. They do offer balloons and helium that is included for the foil balloons but they will also now up latex balloons for an additional fee and they will also blow up your own foil balloons if you bring them in for a fee also! However the cost is a little high so I reminded seeing if they carry a balloon that you like before buying one somewhere else and bringing it in since its included it you but it there. Their small foil balloons like the size the Dollar tree sells is only $1 to inflate however larger balloons will run you around $7 to inflate if you bring one in from somewhere else while if they have one you like there it may cost $10 but that does include the balloon and inflating it also so... I share this info because its what I wish I had known on previous occasions before shopping here several times and asking. The store employees are great about helping you out tho and always seem friendly

DO NOT get their foil balloons! Way overpriced and no price tags on their balloons! I bought two number balloons when employee gave me my total they were $10 each and I felt obligated to pay because she had already blown them up plus they were for a 2 and 3 year old before I even walked out of the store one slipped off the string and weight I purchased and blew away went back in was told oh well you walked out our policy we can’t do nothing I said I didn’t walk out I was still in the store when the automatic door opened and it blew away so they replaced it I actually got out of the door onto the sidewalk with the second one as soon as the automatic door closed behind me the same balloon blew away! Either their balloons are defective or employees don’t know how to properly tie a string to them so they don’t slip off and blow away! Went back into the store was told they can’t do nothing no where is this bogus policy posted and considering I didn’t get off their property and paid $10 a piece for them they should have done something but no all I got was the owners email address because they don’t do phone calls and employees aren’t allowed to give the owners phone number to customers? Yeah I call bull and will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional this store is and shouldn’t be in business!

This is the most unprofessional place that I have ever been to. Customers standing in line waiting for the employees to finish their nonsense stories. Might I add they are 4 of them just standing around looking at everyone standing around. After they finished theyre story they took care of everyone while looking like they are being bothered. This is awful customer service

Store has cheap costumes you can find at pretty much and big box retailer. The store lacked any form of customer service, just someone working the register every time Ive been in there even during Halloween season. They have no problem selling products that are defective and have no problem smugly telling you that they dont do exchanges. Ill be ordering from Amazon for my future party needs.

They have party supplies in various themes and in a multitude of colours. Ive been there a few times and found what I need. During Halloween they have an entire large portion of the store dedicated to that holiday.

NOT HAPPY!!!! On the first trip in to the store I spent $150 on slightly over priced supplies, party hats( Pirate hats, princess tiaras) for my daughters 5th Birthday. The Manager there told me that should not all the party hats( Individual hats ranging from $2.99-$4.99) be need I could return them for a refund. On the 2nd trip to the store to return 4 pirate hats and 2 tiaras, a young guy who said he was the manager told me that they would not accept the hats as returns as they may have been worn for sanitation reasons. I explained that the Manager the previous Saturday told me that I COULD return them. He didnt care. THERE KIDS HATS!!!!! If you allow people to try them on in the store why would you not accept them as a refund! I had to drive 1 hr and 15 minutes to get to the store..thats why I bought extra hats. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!

Dreary store. Was sad to find out this is the only party store in Johnson City. Looking for specific theme, only had two items of it left over from Halloween. And it was still full price!
