I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed about my mother’s treatment today. Last week my mother was told she qualified for new hearing aids and that her insurance would completely cover them! We were all so thankful and pleased, as her hearing loss has really impacted her quality of life and she truly has been in need for several years but could not afford a new set because of the high cost. The doctor and office workers last week assured her this would be free to her. Today, she dropped by to ask about a letter she got and they told her that they had made a mistake interpreting her insurance and that she would actually have to meet a 3000 deductible before the insurance would pay anything. The office worker did not even apologize for the mistake- and while I understand mistakes can be made, someone should take accountability for the mistake and for getting my moms hopes up. This behavior is inappropriate and the office should make things right.

We were having extreme difficulty with my mothers hearing aids for several reasons.Nu hearing went above and WAY beyond the call of duty to help us sort our problem out.We cant thank them enough or recommend them highly enough.In addition, the office is extremely clean and modern...... very comfortable.

Have been a Nu-Hearing customer for eight years and between my wife and I were on our 5th set of devices. Each new device has been an improvement over the previous models. The staff are friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. Hearing aids are not devices one should buy on line or at a discount club store. Come to NuHear (any location) for a skillful test and receive free service after you buy your aids.

Great company! VERY professional ! After visiting several other offices in JC there was no comparing them to Nu Hearing. Julia was very knowledgeable and informative, Everyone else tried to sell me a hearing aid and she actually wanted to help and cared about my hearing health. I learned more in my free visit with her than I did with all the others combined. I was allowed to try the hearing aids for free, yes free with no money down..ZERO money out of my pocket. Every other office required payment in full to try their aids.Now the hearing aids. My Widex hearing aids are the best. I did my research and felt Widex was the nest choice for understanding speech in noise.I highly recommend you at least come talk to Julia and her staff before you make any decision about hearing aids.Remember it is not just hearing aids it is your Hearing health, please get all the information you can.

Love this place! They are so professional and knowledgeable. They always get her in even if it means skipping lunch, coming in early or staying late. Julia has even made house calls to my mom. The staff is always smiling and honestly care about you as an individual. They reached out and involved mom’s internal medicine physician and he was thrilled Nu Hearing is who we chose . He said he has heard nothing but good and always recommends them. The Widex hearing aids are so much better and Mom loves the fit and feel. The connect to her cell phone and her landline. She can hear at girls lunch for the first time in years. Her last aids were only three years old and more expensive than the ones we got at Nu Hearing and no where near as good as her Widex in background noise.Take the advise of a family that has experience as my mother has bought two other pairs from two other places....don’t waste your time or hard earned money on promises from other companies.
