I travel back and forth from FL to TN. I was in TN for the holidays and needed help with my hearing aids. I didnt think anyone would be available for the holidays but when I called, Kim answered and was able to scheduleme an appointment for the SAME DAY!! Bill was able to adjust my hearing aids to the perfect settings for me. To me, providing this kind service at no charge even though I got the hearing aids at a different location is just absolutely wonderful service!!

John at Johnson City was great to work with. Never had hearing aids before and my mom recommend Beltone to me. John put me right at ease and explained thoroughly how it all works in a why i thoroughly understood. When I went back after two weeks and talked with John, he made a few adjustments and I was on my way.Kim, at the front desk is so pleasant and always has a smile on her face every time I come in. I had gone elsewhere and was told that they could not help for my situation. I was discouraged but then went to Beltone for their free hearing exam after seeing online on facebook and doing that online exam. What a blessing that i saw that ad and called the office. Kim answered and immediately made me feel like this was home. Now i am home with Clark, Bill, Drew, Kim, Amanda and all the wonderful ive either spoken to or met and my life is so overwhelmingly beautiful now i cant believe it. I cried the moment i heard my husbands voice and again when i could each of my 6 grandchildren. I cant stress enough this is. Thank God for Beltone and you all there. Please do yourself a favor and see and HEAR the wonderful gift of God they can provide any and all who need help. Bill and his staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and are very knowledgeable. They arent just there to try to sell you a hearing aid, they actually care about your heading needs and what is best for you personally. The office is in great shape and clean, and they are very accommodating, even offering us cold water bottles as my grandmother was in back for her appointment. This is the third place that Ive taken my grandmother to in the past two years, and shes finally happy with the Beltone products, people and great service! I highly recommend Beltone to anyone having any hearing issues at all. They have treated us like family. It is quite refreshing to get this type of service from the Beltone business and I would highly recommend you visit one of their locations in Johnson City, or Kingsport. Bill at Beltone in Johnson City gave my mother her life back! I took her to several places to check on hearing aids and I did not find anyone that seemed as caring and concerned about my mothers needs as Bill. He took time to explain her hearing loss in a way we could understand and why it was so important she get the help she needed. It has changed her life and mine. My experience with Bill at Beltone was the best experience Ive had in 20 years of wearing hearing aids. Bill is knowledgable of my hearing and the information he gave me was very helpful, and I learned more about my hearing loss than I have seeing other specialists over the last 20 years of wearing different kinds of hearing aids (ALL kinds). I am a unique case due to a rare disorder that is where my hearing loss comes from, and the fact that this doctor could teach me more than all the others put together, especially when I know my case is so complex, has been wonderful and a great experience. Im truly impressed with the hearing aid I have and would recommend this hearing aid, this office, and their entire staff to ANYONE. If I had known about them before, I would have driven 4 hours to see them before I went to someone else next door, thats how much I appreciate the expertise and care shown.

The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful, & professional; as well as, other staff.The hearing test was very thorough & informative. I will definitely refer friends & family!

DO NOT GO HERE!! READ THIS REVIEW! I took my mother to be tested. Bill, the “professional” she was seeing, looked out of it! His eyes were bloodshot and rolling back in his head. He looked like he had just rolled out of bed. His shirt had old food stains and was wrinkled. He slurred his words and actually spit when he talked with us. So much so he wiped his mouth with his hand. This is important because he never washed his hands nor did he use hand sanitizer before looking in my mother’s ears. He said she had wax and sent her out to have it removed.My father took her back for her follow up. He said Bill looked about the same and smelled like a brewery. My mother went to her MD and there was NO WAX. She is back at Beltone, she tells Bill he said ok let’s take a look and goes over and LOOKS IN MY FATHER’S EARS! WRONG PATIENT! When he finally looked in her ears he said “he’s right, there isn’t any wax”. Believe it or not my mother went forward with the exam. All he did was have her listen to beeps. He did not test the bone and did not read her any words, ( She went to a different place and got a real test). Then my father said he sat there with his eyes physically closed but didn’t miss a beat of what he was saying. He said it was so rehearsed he could do it in his sleep...physically in his sleep.Bill wanted almost $9,000 for his hearing aids with the money up front to try them. My mother said she would think about it. THEY WOULDN’T STOP CALLING HER! She finally told them she bought aids somewhere else and they very hateful when they said “well hope you’re happy” and hung up on her.This same person, Bill, works in both the Kingsport and a Johnson City offices. I have never written a review but I felt there needs to be a public warning!
