I had a very pleasant experience with Tim & Stewart when purchasing my new hearing aides and follow up service.

My dad gets his hearing aids here. They also maintain them. Dad sees Tim, who is just the nicest guy and very knowledgeable. Tim has a great sense of humor and is always ready to help. Hearing aids are very expensive, but having pleasant experience, with nice people helps the process.

The staff is so very knowledgeable and personable and respectful of their customers - we drive 1 hr just for the knowledge and service they provide

The service I experienced at Acousticon was excellent. Full and complete information was clearly communicated, and all my settings were appropriately accomplished on both the hearing aids.

Unless you plan on spending a lot of money don’t go here. My grandmother came in with a set budget for hearing aids and they sent her home with a pair to try out that is two thousand more than her budget. Will not come back.
