This is a GREAT place for low prices, especially on meats, however be alert when buying items. Sometimes things are OLD. But I have also found many items that are GREAT but they are an outlet store so sometimes you find something great and its never there again. I would honestly give them 1 more star but the staff are just there. Not helpful and only a couple of friendly cashiers.

GREAT prices, clean store, and spacious aisles. On this particular day I had been the recipient of some of some of the worst customer service Ive had since Ive lived in the Tri City area. Then I had the good fortune to be served by Miss Marilyn at this store. She was extremely friendly, fast, and efficient! She greeted every customer who came through the door as well. What a wonderful example of what customer service should be!! Her manager should be delighted to have her as an employee. Miss Marilyn you got skills!! Customer service skills!!! Thanks for saving the day!

This store is 5k more shopping sq ft than its sister store in Elizabethton. BETTER AND GREAT SELECTIONS. Tropicana pure orange juice $1.49. fresh name bread $1.29. lunch meat $1.99. bacon, name brand, $3.99. breyers ice cream $1.99.the deals are just many thousands to name each.

I have been to a couple of these stores and have thought they needed to clean them better and they where nasty. THIS STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!!! I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ENTIRE VISIT. GREAT EMPLOYEES AND A FRESH CLEAN ATMOSPHERE!! I WILL BE GOING HERE AGAIN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I love Grocery Outlet. It may not be the cleanest (though I would never call it dirty) and it might not have everything you need shopping, but if you dont mind checking the dates and not being super picky, then it will extend your food budget by a lot.

Everyones always been helpful and friendly. I do like the deals, especially on their meats.

The meat deals are just wonderful. I love to grocery outlet. I just wish they had a little bit more of a variety on canned goods and such. And better produce. But I mainly go for the meat

The prices CANNOT in my experience in this area be beat.They dont have the selection of a Kroger but what they do have is amazingly priced..example: 1/18/21 A bag of Totinos 100 CT Pizza bites 2.99!The meat selection is vast and VERY competitively priced, decent sized produce section.Clean well kept store.Marilyn the cashier is always friendly and greets everyone, that lady is a pleasure and efficient.Give it a try!

If you want super cheap deals and like to feel like youre on a treasure hunt, this is the place to go. While their inventory of items can vary from week to week, there are many items that they carry at all times.Many of the prices are so low because they buy overstock and soon-to-be-expired items, but thats not always the case. They have great meat prices. We just bought T-bone steaks and London Broil at just under 3- bucks a pound on their weekly special. Their frozen food prices are really good as well. The staff at this location had always been very friendly to us, and were happy to drive to Johnson City to shop there.

Even though it is a little out of our way we really enjoy going to GO, we find such special deals. The meat prices are good and so is the meat. The only reason for 4 stars is that they dont always have the same items in stock. But it is still worth checking this store out.

I was very impressed. Typically, when you walk into a place thats a discount grocery outlet, you dont expect much variety. The meat prices were great, the variety between discount and name brands was extensive. The staff was available in kind. Overall a good experience to me. My only disappointment was there were still some things on the shelves that had become outdated. Thats the only thing I would say was a negative.

They mixed frozen fruit with frozen raw meat which is health violations. If they make this store as neat as other discount stores I probably would visit this store more.

Love this store. I usually shop at the one in Elizabethton but now that one has opened in Johnson City, I am over the moon. I pray it stays and not just a tax write off. Our seniors need this store real bad. Glad it is here.
