Not complaining just informing the shop,I just came from there and bout a 2 pack wrap funky peach Medina it tasted good but they were pretty dry,had to luck both sides to be able to roll.The first one I tried to unroll was crispy and ended up breaking up pretty awful like a fall crisp leave...I do love and enjoy the shops and their products!

Hands down best smoke shop Ive ever been a regular of from Florida to Charlotte to JC. Roan street and Elizabethton are the best locations by far. David is the nicest guy and helps so much. Dude at campus store sucks.

Hes a very well-stocked and clean place, the staff is always courteous, and they always make me feel comfortable and have a good knowledge when I start trying to explain what I am looking for hahaha I live in Southern California and I travel around to all the states every year so I am pretty well-versed in vape shops and this one has a great feeling

Best shop in town.

Salesman at this location was stoic (borderline rude) and just a little too anxious. I understand the law makes this business delicate, so I don’t want to knock him too much for being firm. Overall it is a great shop, and Chance is an amazing dude. Prices were semi-high, but reasonable considering the region and that there are no other head shops. Overall we definitely recommend this place, and all other Catch 22 locations.

Better selection than kingsport but the guy was extremely rude

12/7/19. Wonderful service, we came here from Burnsville NC to visit JC and found this Catch 22 on Roan Street. I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he was AMAZING! We will be coming back to Catch 22 for this guy alone & the great deal we got. Would recommend!

Do not recommend ! Very unfriendly, didnt offer any help or recommend anything. Wasnt interested in finding out what I was trying to overcome or correct using CBD! But.. I was quickly told I was not allowed to say anything about other products! Also, Has a store full of cheap Amazon pipes and products at a price some more than DOUBLE! Way to go trying to help out your community . Joke!First, if youre going have a business being modeled off of a real dispensary you should try and help people the same way. You can explain all of your ailments issues and the direction you were trying to go to a budtender and they will recommend based on your needs and based on their experience. That was not the case in the store. Most people using the product ( CBD) are trying to get off of cannabis, cigarettes, anxiety, insomnia and all the other issues that plagued people, the product is being used as a medicine not Recreation. It is legal to buy in the state and should not be treated as an illegal substance, you go to the doctors office and the Pharmacy for help and the customer should be treated the same way. Not being taken advantage of and not informed about the product or how to use it!There are other stores that will take care of you sooo much better!!

If you like pipes that are made by the millions in China and hold no artistic value or uniqueness and are bought for 3 dollars then you buy them for 45-80$ youll love it! Definitely not worth visiting.

Some of the employees should be fired for rudeness, especially chance. I do not recommend this business for anyone. You’ll find better deals and better customer service online.

I love the store especially from the outside, looks great, BUT I HAVE TO SAY NOT TOO FRIENDLY HOWEVER... Linda seem rude and not helpful at all, very dull and not friendly, SHE DOES NOT BELONG THERE. If I were the owner I wouldnt be happy... She gotta to go, I mean seriously! THE LAST TIME I CHECKED SMOKERS ARE FRIENDLY PEOPLE!!!! Not to mention way too pricey... but most importantly I didnt feel welcome at all.

What Ive found here is reasonable prices,and a lot of stuff in stock. The ones I know are friendly people.Ive read some reviews of unfriendly service, we all have bad days. But sometimes the attitude we come in with dictates the attitude we recieve. None of us are perfect
