Ordered some strawberries for Mother’s Day, and they were a big hit. A little pricey but they were excellent. Had a pick-up for one order and the staff was very kind. Had another order delivered and they were right on time. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called and wanted to order a “mini indulgent platter”. I have since found out I was talking to the manager, Zoey. She stated that Edible Arrangements does not have anything like that. I described it to her in detail. It is four pineapple daisies, four strawberries, a three apple slices dipped in chocolate with a small bunch of grapes for$29.99. I only called because online order page was not responding. She offered to do a bouquet instead of a platter. I was not so fond of the idea and should have hung up right then! Instead I explained the platter and she offered to make the bouquet. I agree. Even though I was clear about what I wanted and she described it back to me it is NOT what I paid for or what they delivered. They sent a wet bunch of melon slices on sticks poking out if a short ugly plastic squatty container along with two pineapple daisies. I think there were also four strawberries that went to my grieving recipient. There were no apples, grapes or chocolate! When I complained the assistant manager told me they DID sell the mini platter! The manager never called me back so today a week later i called the 800 # again and when they contacted the store she told customer service I got what I paid for. They offered 20% off my next purchase. I told customer service that was not true but they have done nothing but say the grapes were missing. Now, they want me to buy something else! Thanks but you got me once. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. I wish I could post a picture. If you want an ugly half round plastic cheapie filled with melon covered in wet plastic this is the store for you.

Arrived on time, exactly as ordered, and made my moms day. Even sent me a picture of them delivering! Excellent customer service. I will be using them again!

Great stuff and wonderful staff

I order an arrangement that was pictured in a spring green bucket full of fruit flowers for a friend. They delivered a white bucket full of fruits that were cut in half moon shapes and one only cut as a flower. The fruit was brown and obviously not fresh. Very disappointed after spending about $85 dollars after delivery fees.

I have ordered from here multiple times. Today the can’t deliver and closed tomorrow. Very sad you just lost my business. How sad. Its2 pm and your open till 5 can’t drive 5 miles really

Ordered an arrangement at 1:00pm ET on Monday for (Same Day Delivery) and received a phone call shortly after from Lauren about delivery instructions because of her new delivery driver. We confirmed and agreed to delivery between 5 and 6 pm on Monday. Instead delivery was not made until the next evening, Tuesday at 8pm!!!Despite that I cancelled the order early Tuesday morning when I saw it hadn’t been delivered on Monday as agreed.So my delivery arrangements were ignored and then my order cancellation was ignored.On Wed. Morning I called Lauren the manager about the charge for something I cancelled and she didn’t feel they did anything wrong, wouldn’t refund any of it, with no apologies and only the excuse that “it’s Valentine’s Day week and they are very busy.”She advised me to contact Customer service and clearly felt no responsibility even as Supervisor for this huge mistake.Horrible service and I recommend if it’s real important to you don’t use Edible Arrangements in Johnson City. Try Sherri’s Berries, they’ve always done a great job for me.

Over priced and the quality is less than expected. I could buy better produce from the grocery store! For example I bought a box of swizzled chocolate covered strawberries for $39.99. We ate 2 out of the box of 12, before throwing the entire box in the trash. They were disgusting! The best way I can describe it is mush on the verge of rotten under the chocolate. It was like they had been made days earlier. Every single one were resting in the own juices. Fresh strawberries dont do that! I called them and they claim theyre made fresh when ordered but thats just not true! Buyer beware...

I was brought a beautiful arrangement filled with fresh fruit and chocolate covered fruit. It was fantastic! What a great way to celebrate a birthday when I am forever watching the calories. The fruit was fantastic. The woman who delivered the basket was very friendly and nice. Thank you!

Excellent service. Same day delivery even from Canada to the USA! Check with receiver if what you pay for is what they received . They forgot to add a balloon I had purchased. When I called to let them know they offered to deliver it the next day or refund me for the balloon. Excellent customer service but could have sent a coupon my way for the disappointment. My recipients said the fruit tasted awesome. They have lots of variety and price ranges and you can custom your order but with delivery and extras can get expensive. It’s definitely worth making someone’s day with.

The professional service rep was very knowledgeable about the goods and the specialty items please hold the pricing was somewhat fair if not a little bit expensive and I enjoy. Really waiting for my order being able to look at all the different varieties on the menu they had

Take my advice and do not buy from this place! Do not expect a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase! Its a shame that these days in time, customer satisfaction is not a priority! Its unfortunate that a business like this that obviously has no problem charging you $100 dollars for some fruit that will not even be satisfactory in 2days time but arent willing to even partially reimburse you for the bad fruit is just beyond me! I have bought fruit from grocery stores that have lasted longer and I paid way less! Margaret, the store owner is rude and full of excuses and instead of trying to satisfy a customer, she was more willing to blame it on my lack of common knowledge of how to care for fresh fruit. the fact is, fresh or not, if Im not satisfied, its the business owners responsibility to make sure I come back! She FAILED at doing so. They had the nerve to tell me for future reference, take the fruit and put it in an airtight container well there will be no future purchases here. It only takes one time for you to feed me a bunch of excuses instead of try to fix my problem. America is just GREEDY!!!
