I got excellent customer service from Josh at store #37 in Oakdale Mall. I came in to switch phones and he told me about a program to lower my bills without my even asking. I appreciated that…as I’m always looking for ways to improve my budget!

Have a back-to-school event where they were giving out free supplies where you at a pre-register which I did and then they said that they only had 30 bags for everyone. And no number or anything to contact Sprint to ask what was going on. At least the lady was nice

This is a hub of miss information they will write your down payment that you need for your phone and in the small print it says total including sales tax and everything and activation fees. And then tell you there is still sales tax when you go to purchase the phone. This is Aided and encouraged by the management. Another thing they will do is tell you that they will pay your final bill for the company are switching from that is also false information. They only pay the payments you have left on your phone that you currently have. They definitely are milking lying to their potential customers. Especially the managers gina and kathy.
I wouldve given five stars to Dominique but after speaking over the phone to Warren, the store manager Im giving this store one star. Dominique was very helpful and spent a great deal of time doing everything my fiance and I needed and wanted. She told my fiance since the new note 10 plus wasnt available in store she could get one from another store. She ordered it when we were standing in the store and said itd be here by Yesterday or today. After my fiance called and spoke to Warren and got rude and unhelpful customer service, I called and again spoke to Warren. He treated me the same way. He didnt try to help us at all and briefly hung up on me just as he did my fiance. He told us to order the phone online if we wanted it. I sat on the phone with customer service for 2 hours. We already sat in the store with 3 kids for over 3 hours only to be left to start all over. Luckily thanks to the customer service agent on the phone, he got the note 10 overnighted, and discounted and waved all shipping and fees. I will never go to JC Sprint. IDC if they r the only corporate in this area. Pretty sad a guy who speaks broken English could help me out. I guess JC doesnt care about getting business because they lost ours.
Very helpful! The sales associate was very nice. I can tell he really cared and not just trying to sell a phone. Didnt try to pressure me in buying a new phone and answered all my questions I had.
The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly been dealing with those guys for some years now! Warren and Scott are my go to when I have issues with my phone and any other advice on upgrades and things of that nature!
I crushed my note 9 phone a few days ago. I picked up my new note 9 at the Walmart in Ithaca, New York. I discovered first of all that you can not reuse your sim card. I then discovered the only way to get a new sim card was at the nearest sprint store in Johnson City New York at the mall.I drove to the mall and only waited a few minutes before one of the clerks, Gina greeted me. Gina replaced my note 9 sim card and had it working in a jiffy. I sat down to update my phone on the in store WiFi. I discovered that Google had locked me out due to security issues. Another nice lady/clerk who sat by the front door showed me how to get into my Google account so I could download my google account and apps.Thank you to the sprint store for speedy and knowledgeable service!

I asked for an upgrade and the customer service representative said we are closing in 20 minutes and the upgrade takes 25 minutes. Why is the store open then? It does not fit in my head the amount of incompetence that this customer representative have.

I went in to inquire about filing a claim for my broken phone. When i walked in there were 2 workers in the store, one was helping another customer and the guy that helped me was extremley rude and acted like me being there was an inconvenience to him.
Terrible customer service. Stood in the store being the only one in like for over 50 minutes before I was helped. This entire time I was never once acknowledged by any of the staff. Not told well be with you shortly, nothing! Just do your business online and save your time.
Fixed my problem that I had and now everything is back to normal.Thank you for your help it is greatly appreciated!
Get told one thing from someone there then when they get u there after geting a set price and asking them they try and take You for three times that amount
I was told here that my current phone would not work with their service so the sales guys was trying to sell me a new phone which I could pay for monthly which brought the total up to the same as the Verizon plan I was trying to get rid of. I tried AT&T next. I am now their customer with the same phone and a cheaper plan.
