My Rolex must be 25 - 30 years old. Ive worn it every day, enjoyed it every day. Bowman Jewelry has taken care of it each time it needed service over the years. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and experienced when comes to dealing with Rolex watches. I have mine back after they performed another miracle. I went in for a simple watch screw. They wouldn’t even try to help because some person wouldn’t be there till the next Thursday. All they had to do was look in a drawer for a little screw! If I could give them less than 1 star I would!!

Just picked up my favorite ring. I brought to Bowman jewelers because the stone had came out. And I must say I don’t like it. I absolutely love it. I felt so confident with Linda’s knowledge of jewelry I ask if she would just pick out a new stone for it. She did and boy, it fabulous. I definitely recommend for jewelry purchase and repair. Worst jewelers Ive EVER used! They charged me to steal my platinum and ruin my ring. I took my antique platinum & diamond engagement ring to them to have it sized so I wouldnt have to continue to wear a ring guard. They not only made it too small for me, they also removed a lot of the platinum unnecessarily (and kept it btw!). Bowmans Jewelers made the rings band so thin & warped that it has been uncomfortable to wear ever since. The words and imprints inside the ring were almost entirely removed! My old timey ring--that is very special to me--has been at risk for breaking and being lost since it was sized by Bowmans. It no longer matched my wedding band after they removed all of the precious metal and made the rings width smaller than the matching wedding band. Ive been disappointed ever since and I do NOT recommend their business!

I have used Bowman’s three times now. I am happy to say they do wonderful work in a timely manner. The first article the did was a customized pair of tear drop emerald earrings in white gold. The second time was a repair/ replacement of a stone in a set of earrings. And the third time was an enlargement of my engagement ring and antique wedding band. I was very nervous over enlarging the antique wedding band since it had so much detail on it. The jeweler is an expert apparently for you can’t even see where the enlargement occurred!! Very happy and can’t wait to come back. Rest assured you can trust them with your most valued pieces.

Linda at Bowman Jewelers was able to take a family ring that no one wanted to wear and redesign it into beautiful bands that I will wear every day and can eventually pass down to my girls. We had resizing done at Bowman’s on an engagement ring and after looking closely at the repair work we noticed some extreme flaws in the work. We have no confidence in their ability to rectify this situation therefore we then took the ring to another reputable jeweler in the area and they confirmed our suspicions that the work was subpar and not up to professional standards. Therefore I will not be recommending Bowmans to anyone and I am disappointed in their work.

This is the only jewelry store that I will use now. They have never done me wrong and they are all so nice. I love them all.

We checked out all the local jewelry stores looking for my Christmas gift this year. Bowmans by leaps and bounds had better prices, selection and all of the girls there were so nice! I will definitely be returning for all my future purchases!

This was the first place I looked for an engagement ring. The rings were all nice in their own ways, as were the employees.I went in with my fiancé and she was not very happy with the experience. The sales people exclusively spoke to me and barely spoke to her (though she is quite). I believe the lady that worked with us was new, but she was kind, albeit too aggressive of a salesperson.

Bought engagement ring for my fiancé from Bowmans.....they spent 2 weeks with me ordering different diamonds until we found the perfect one. I went into the store clueless about diamonds and came out feeling like a jeweler. You can’t beat that kind of service....
