We go to this place every year! Sometimes, a few times per season. They have an awesome selection! Their prices are a little high but, Im willing to look around that for all the choices they have.

Bought a $55 Spider-Man costume for my son today. No dressing rooms so had to wait until we got home. It had a tear in the seam and the zipper was missing. Went back there 2 hours later and they said no refunds. I explained they don’t have anymore in that size and he won’t fit in a large. They said “sorry the law doesn’t require us to give you a refund”. That’s very poor customer service to go along with the poor quality.

Great store, lots of variety. They had many decorations set up and fun interactive displays.They had costumes for small children up to adult sizing. Lots of pumpkin carving kits and tools. Home decor, novelty items, fun Halloween treats. The staff was nice and willing to help. We had a lot of fun visiting. I just wish the prices were a little less steep, put you pay for what you get.

Great Halloween store! They have almost anything your looking for, and my favorite part are the animatronics!

My teenage daughter purchased a costume for her 2 year old sister. She misunderstood when I told her size 18-24 months and purchased a 12-18 month size. She tried to exchange it less than 12 hours later and was refused. What a waste of money. Terrible customer service when I called corporate and I could not reach anyone at the store. I live two hours from the store and was told the only way I could see if the manager would exchange it would be to drive back there again and speak with him because corporate couldn’t transfer me. Will never purchase from spirit again.

Terrible costumer service. Tried to contact the store by phone several times, but was given an extremely long wait time. No response from the live chat, which was so highly recommended, as well as no response on their Facebook page. Finally someone from the ‘headquarters’ contacted me by phone. I tried to explain that I had purchased a costume but was concerned that it was missing part of the costume according to the pictures from their website and a place for the missing parts on this costume. He continued to cut me off the entire time I was speaking and then said yeah it just wasn’t included. He was extremely rude and I know either the costume is missing part of it, or their costumes are terrible quality.

Pretty good variety of products, I wish they had some more home decor but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

So I went i love this place i watch it and go there not to menchin i watch vids of it on youtube i bought an Animatronic called Ellie Hatchet she swings her axe down but the service was good great staff and awesome Animatronics this year Spirit. Especaly mommys Favorite and Ellie Hatchet

My favorite store for my favorite holiday. Who doesnt love dressing up and feeling like a kid again? Also great place to find something different or even to mix your costume, many many choices to mix and match.

For you guys leaving bad reviews just because they arent open yet, there is a sign on their door. They are waiting for the fire marshal. They literally *cannot* open until he comes. Its not the stores fault. So heres a 5 star to counteract the unwarranted negativity. (That and I know the store will be amazing. It always is.)

Made our second trip in a week for some more goodies. This store has some awesome costumes and props!! I spend a hr stomping those props lol.

Spirit is probably the best Halloween store that ever was to exist in the history of ever! Literally everything is in there! Whatever you need they have it! They will cater to every freakish desire that you have!

We came in to purchase decorations and costumes for a large event we do every year. This year we brought a kitten who is in training to be a support animal. He is small, well behaved and wears a harness with his tag that states he is a support animal. Youd never notice him if it wasnt for the fact he is bright orange and small and cute. My fiance was told to leave the store by an employee after we were there about 10 minutes into shopping. They stated they had a pet policy and I was chased down by another employee as I walked out behind him and our medical support animal stating they misunderstood, but the damage was already done. It is illegal to not allow support animals with their owners and refuse them service, except for in public open food establishments such as restaurants or grocery stores and weve not had problems with him being with us, yet a Halloween shop says no? We will not be back. If you cannot understand and support someone who has a support animal being socialized to handle medical situations shopping with them, then we will not support your business by purchasing from you. Halloween Express adores our training animals and welcomes them, we will go there from now on.
