This place is great! Better choice and cheaper prices than spirit Halloween!! Check the photos! So satisfied!

We rushed in there just a few minutes before they closed. I normally wouldnt do that, but this was the only day we were able to take our daughters to get a costume. Anyway, we found exactly what we were looking for right away for each of our girls. We didnt spend a lot of time in there. It did look like they had a great selection! The only reason for the four stars is I think the prices are too high for something my daughters are only wearing once a year.

Found the exact Naruto costume my grandson wanted and lots of other goodies.

The only reason they get two is for their selection. Place is run down. No social distancing, they arent enforcing masks. People were really in this place without masks. I was shocked and didnt stay long. I showered in hand sanitizer after leaving this place. Great selection but not worth getting Covid.

It is to expensive for a costume that your only going to wear for 1 day and that’s all and then next year your going to buy it agian so there just scamming you for your money bad place but good service and people

Changed my review from 3 to 5 because the new location is so much more filled!! The guy selling masks made fun of my political views thought.. not cool dude but I love the owners and the fact theyre fostering black cats that can be adopted!!

The owner was so rude, she shoved passed my kids as we were going in the door with no excuse me or hello, didn’t even bother to hold the door. Apparently common curtesy is lost. I’d definitely never step foot back in there.

They had a very wide variety of costumes and decorations but just like all halloween costumes theyre very expensive, cheap made, and will freeze you to death. This would definitely be a good place to find just about any mask youre looking for though. One guy who was dressed up followed me around the store THE WHOLE TIME I was in there and was really freaking me out. I know he was just playing but he was really starting to upset me.

I would have givin a higher story if they were in their older location but other than that you could get pretty much any thing you would want for Halloween ( except for candy) plus the staff is very nice

When they were in Kingsport they had s much bigger selection and a lot more interesting stuff to look at. The johnson city store has much less variety and the store itself is cruddy. They lacked the creative displays that made going to the Kingsport store fun.
