I went to this Foot Locker on 7/27/21 to pick up shoes I had ordered online for my daughter. There were two employees working at the time. Both were very friendly. The woman in particular was incredibly nice and helpful, and made both my daughter and I feel very comfortable. I believe her name was Arieana. This was the name on the receipt. She even took the time to spray my daughters new shoes with a stain and water repellent we purchased. Definitely recommend.

Bought some shoes online that didn’t fit quite right. Came to this location to exchange in person. No questions asked and the employees were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come to this store in person next time I need some shoes.

Ordered a rose shirt from them and when the package came it wasnt even the shirt I got it was a pair of ugly black Nike pants and they were 50 dollars the shirt was 30 I want my money back and my shirt

I bought my son shoe and he was walk-in around with them on their wax floor and slip and it is arm on the rack in the isle and hurt his arm will never go to this store kept asking need a banaid no ice packs
