Wasnt too bad, but the prices...oh man, the prices of some things (mainly clothing and accessories) was outrageous. Now, I personally love the gothic style, but $80-$140 for a single pair of pants covered in zippers and chains is a bit out of my price range. Now the employees were beyond friendly and helpful (which is why I gave 4 🌟 s instead of 2 or 3. Just make sure the store isnt already packed with people before you go in, it can be a bit hard to navigate)

Staff very friendly and helpful. They do have a capacity limit & make sure you wear your mask over mouth & nose. Nice that they’re keeping us safe!

This is no longer Hot Topic, but Lunchbox. They sell all sorts of cool items. From Dragonball Z, to My Hero Academy, Starwars, Disney, and all sorts of anime and such. Clothes, toys, collectibles, accessories. The cool part is, if you spend like $15.10, they will round up to the next even dollar and donate that change to the local food bank. Plus, for every $10 you spend, the provide a meal for someone in need through the national food bank. This alone gives me incentive to shop here. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Needs more Star Wars pop figures

They need a change of scene and clothing .....alot of the same stuff for a few years especially with mens pants and shorts. Be nice to have something other than skinny jeans ...bring back the old hottopic when It was cool to buy something other than your favorite band shirt.

They lie about the capacity in the store, Me and my friend were trying to get into hot topic but the lady who was standing near the door while she was on her phone said the capacity was full, but when I looked through the store windows I saw no one but 2 other workers in there. She didn’t even check to see if the store was full. That’s why I’d rather go to the spencers right beside of it instead of that hot topic that only apparently only allows the capacity of 5 people in there, this is bs

I’m so glad this establishment is taking the mask mandate seriously. I feel better shopping here knowing that their staff go the extra mile to make sure their customers are safe. I’ll be back for more hair dye and chokers in the near future.

The workers scream at you and kick you out of the store if your mask falls off your face or slides below your nose because apparently the workers there don’t know what gravity is or how it works

Worse customer service I’ve ever witnessed! The girls working in there are so rude. Eye rolls and stares because we had 2 kids in strollers! Even when I went in to do a pick up order a week ago they were so unfriendly! It’s real unfortunate this is the only clothes my niece will wear 😡

This location is so tiny and not that big of a selection of merchandise. The staff is pretty friendly though.

I hope they replace the lady standing at the door with someone else, she won’t let anyone even when the store is empty or barely full. Last Saturday, She was being rude and wouldn’t let me and my kid in. We waited almost 25 minutes later to go back up and check and still wouldn’t let us in. Idk if she’s the manager but if so she’s one rude manager, if not she needs to stop acting like she owns the store

I went into hot topic today with my boyfriend and I understand that you have to wear a mask... So me and my boyfriend put our mask on. I have really bad asthma and I started to have an asthma attack so I take my mask off and go to get my inhaler and the women working there said You cant be in here without a mask on I replied to her saying I have asthma and my boyfriend told her that I was having an asthma attack then she replied saying IF YOUR NOT GOING TO WEAR A MASK YOU HAVE TO GET OUT! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

As much as I love Hot Topic & have since their doors opened in October 89, some are awesome while some arent. Here the staff are very helpful pointing out awesome sales going on as well as the Hot Topics $15 coupon promo. Very upbeat energetic staff. I spent a lot, but got great deals & I look forward to spending my many HT bucks starting July 11.

Great place to get band tshirts! Workers are nice and they always have deals!

Pretty good store for clothes/fun stuff/toys from movies, music, etc. Downsides are its a little messy on the tables. Sizes are disorganized a lot and rarely have any pants size above 36 in the popular designs. Staff seems ungrateful almost rude, rarely responding to questions of help, likely to just walk off to solve the problem without voicing what theyre doing at all.

Staff was so awesome and helpful I will definitely return again and again. Perfect place for me AND my 13yo daughter.

I wish they still sold CDs. They didnt have any Saosin shirts, or Circa Survive or Deftones, there was a womens Falling in Reverse shirt, so thats good. But I cant wear it. I think they should get rid of all the toys and bring back the MUSIC

Expensive is the word but the clothing they have is top-notch and almost impossible to find anywhere else they have a great selection of clothing and they have a wonderful selection of apparel for men and women good deals grab bags that are price beyond reason however theyre just that grab bags so youre not sure exactly what youre getting just so you know though my shopping here is not done

Its a really LGBT+ friendly shop with many unique items for many fandom-goers and black clothes lovers.

Hot Topic is a lot more of fun, if you are looking for a pop, shirt dress, this is the the place. Disney anime, Game of thrones more then likely they have it.

Everytime I have went to this store the staff has been friendly and provided great customer service.

I enjoy coming here, are usually greeted by staff and welcomed. Only problem Ive had is been accused of stealing because they had bathing suits too close to their door with the alarm tags on the items.
