I really enjoy coming to this Walmart.The workers are helpful n its easy to find what Im looking for.I can get in n out without alot of problems.

Pretty decent place for oil change and tires. The actual support staff seemed very done with his job for the day. Everything went fine and the wheels were great. Hopefully the older man has better days!

Very slow. I have been here for 2 hours now to replace a tier. An old guy alone doing all tier works and he is supper slow.

If you value your time and run on a schedule, it is not.I made an appointment, showed up early for it. Website said i could expect an hour wait for mounting two tires. I arrivedWarrived atfat 7:50(appointmenttappointment athat 8). They didnt open the doors to the service center until 8:15 (was supposed to open at 8). The guy at the desk seemed confused the entire time. Couldnt find my order in the computer. The man working on my vehicle could not have moved slower if he tried.I mean seriously....2 HOURS FOR MOUNTING TWO TIRES WITH AN APPOINTMENT!? I would have been in and out of tire barn or discount tire without an appointment in 30-45 minutes.Ill go there next time. Not worth saving $10.

Had a great experience at the Browns Mill Walmart Auto Center. The gentlemen who helped me were very professional and made sure I got in and out fast! I did arrive as soon as they opened, and I was in and out with 4 new tires in a little under and hour! Very friendly as well!!

Went in for a battery change, had checked the local prices for what application I needed and they where by far the cheapest. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Service tech was friendly and did great job with install.

Its improving very much but the technicians here mostly are still under qualified and getting help is hard to do in this department however it is improving its gotten much better in the last few years than say five years ago

Dont buy tires from here!

Its a real Gamble oh, the place is really slow it could take up to 2 hours for service and some of the people working there have zero for brains. I purchased three tires there only to find out they were the wrong size, when it was clearly marked on my car and on the previous tires what size theyre supposed to be. When I went back to get it fixed it took forever for them to fix it another two hours of waiting

I would give negative stars if it were possible. My wife picked up a nail in one tire so I stopped on my way out of town to get it plugged. I pulled up to the door, no one else was in any of the bays and there were 3 technicians standing at a desk. It took 10 minutes for the guy to get the information into the handheld, (probably because he had to start over three times) and I went to the waiting area. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and no one even touched the car during that entire period! While I was there the manager got a call from customer from the previous day where they underinflated the tires on his car. Long story short, go to a real tire shop and dont let this incompetent bunch anywhere near your vehicle!

Get to the Auto Center @ 630 pm and about 15 mins later a service center employee finally comes to the car and I ask about getting an oil change and I was told, we are closing in a little bit and we dont have time for you tonight. The employee then walked away and closed 1 of the bays for oil changes. My personal opinion is that it was rude and not very customer oriented or they would have been willing to wait/provide services to the last person in line. Oh well, money that was going to be spent there...will be spent elsewhere now

They told us the oil change would be done in a hour but took over 2 hours and didnt bother to shut my hood properly. My toddler was having a meltdown the second hour. Inside my car I have the handicap placard clearly hanging from my review mirror and they parked my car in the furthest parking space possible.

The prices at Wal-Mart for everything are virtually unbeatable by any other store, but the lack of communication and available staff is ridiculous to say the least. I got my oil changed and while they were taking care of it I did my grocery shopping. A 40 minute time frame I was quoted turned into a 2 hour long adventure. I was then told to pick up my keys at the electronics department who told me my keys were at customer service and I had to wait in like for an additional 30 minutes there with my 2 year old in tow. I would much rather pay a little more at a local place than to get my services completed here again.

Went in for a battery replacement at 2:15pm and have been here for 2 hours and the old battery hasnt been taken out of my car yet. There are no cars in the bays and no one outside working. Very slow here. Came here last year to get the battery i have now and waited 2+ hours. Wouldnt have come back if it wasnt for the warranty

Ginormous waste of f****** time! Open till 8 but wont serve past 7. Had a nail in my tire went to two different Walmarts and neither would help. Absolutely awful customer service. Dont even waste your time here!

The worst place we have ever been to.came in at 12:00 to get a tire fixed because of a slow leak and leaving at 3:50.Unreal.But they get paid by the hour.i got pictures of them just walking around, talking on the phone,and just talking..Dont have nothing to do evidently as long as they get PAID..
