Epic customer service! I was in dyer need of a charger for my laptop on my business trip (left mine 4 hours away). Best Buy did not have one that worked for my laptop so they sent me here. They did not disappoint. The guy was super nice and very helpful!

Went there today to have a battery put in my cell. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I ordered 5 Golf Cart batteries, (very heavy & difficult to move). The guys very quickly (within 2 minutes of arrival), had them out to my truck & loaded the new ones & took the cores back for me. Easy and quick although a little over priced

Batteries plus is batteries plus. They dont always have what you want but most of the time they can get it. Its where I send everyone to get batteries for their devices if they want fresh batteries. They do seem to keep their stock rotated and keep new batteries out for sale. The staff is always friendly and helpful and will go out of their way for you.

Rachael went above and beyond! When replacing the battery did not produce a workable car remote she took the time to investigate further. She discovered 2 loose parts and offered to glue and solder the loose parts back in place! She successfully fixed my car remote saving me the expense of having to replace the whole unit!! She was so polite and friendly and she willingly offered such excellent customer service even though she was off the clock!

Was simply seeking someone to rewear my vape batteries. The young and obviously clueless man working the desk said. We wrap batteries but HOW did the wrapping get damaged. I replied”They wear over time”. Then he acted suspicious and said “wrapping doesn’t just get damaged, what have you been doing with batteries?”Woah WTH!?!Rude.Amazon will get my $$$

Logan was excellent! Verizon was unable to fix my daughter’s phone, she broke a charger off in the phone, and he popped it right out in less than 2 minutes! Was going to cost $150 to submit an insurance claim and they fixed it quickly like no big deal! Thanks Logan!

Ive had a couple of good experiences with the staff at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I was impressed by their knowledge about iPhones and how easily they replaced my battery. They also gave me good advice about upgrading my phone. I like the one-year warranty, and am happy that my wrist watch is also under their care.

This place is excellent. I came here for the first time today and will certainly be back if I need another odd battery. They stock a wide variety of batteries and bulbs. They had the exact battery I needed in stock and at an excellent price. Everyone is super friendly. They even soldered the leads off my old battery onto the new one for free.

I have had a better experience in the past with the store. I bought a battery online and scheduled to have it put in. When I got to the store they knew nothing about it and I was told Id be giving a call. I never received a call and its been 2 to 3 weeks.

To be a professional battery store you think that they would have a great selection and that the prices would be very competitive I found that it was exactly the opposite they had a limited selection and most everything they had was overpriced The funny thing about it they had windshield wipers for my car but not lights and batteries for my porch there a light and battery store not a parts or auto parts store I will say that it was a very nice store and they did have a lot of selection It was heavily priced but their staff was more than helpful and nice so great staff and a decent and nice store but not quite understanding the entire concept of what they do and stand for.

I drove an hour each way to pick up my purchase. When I got to the store The battery was not in stock. I got an Email that my order was ready. The clerk left a voice mail at my home that it was not in stock. She insisted that she called first but the Email was time stamped 10 minutes earlier. Your web site should flag any out of stock item on an order to be picked up in store. This will impact any future purchases that I make.

This store put in a battery for my iPhone 6 Plus. Iused them because there were no Apple stores anywhere in the area. I needed my phone back up and operating ASAP. Six months later I went to the Apple store in Boca Raton Florida. I asked them to put in a new Apple battery. They declined me service. They opened it up and saw the battery plus battery that was installed. They said they cannot put in an Apple battery because the battery that was installed by battery plus might blowup or injure their employees. Batteries plus is great with great service. There battery worked fine. What I am getting at here is you should not buy Apple products. I have a MAC and three iPhones. If you install a battery plus battery Apple will disown you. They will not touch or service your product ever again. What was I to do with no Apple stores anywhere in the area? Needless to say as a long time Apple customer I was embarrassed and humiliated in the Boca Raton Florida Apple Store. If you live near an Apple store and never travel you will be fine. If you need a battery somewhere they disown you. I don’t need this kind of support.

They had exactly what I needed, but ordering online was not as efficient as I had hoped. When I got to the store, they had not even looked on the computer for new orders and were not aware that I had placed my order. Next time, Ill just call or go in the store instead.

I only gave it one star because I couldnt give anything less. My SO brought his phone in for a screen replacement on his iPhone and not only did its take 4 hours and (3 screens) later she says she cant replace it and in the process damaged the entire outside of the phone. So not only is he going to have to pay now even more to replace the entire phone but her only excuse was that she doesnt know what happened. Highly suggest going anywhere else!
