Sephora was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. She helped me save some money by looking up my JCPenny credit card since I didnt have it with me.

I didnt buy anything but Sephora is always a fun place to shop.
Very clean and organized. I went on a Saturday afternoon. While it was busy there were tons of employees that walked around and was assisting others and always asking if I was doing okay. I have no complaints Im excited to see the store all finished and set up.
So sad I am leaving this review because I love sephora! All the ladies I have ever worked with are super nice, until today! The lady that handled my return (I am almost positive is a manager) seemed to be bothered by me returning a product I ordered in store/shipped to my house. She pulled it up from my order number and before processing it back to the card I used (visa gift card) did not give me the option to choose something else. Then when I told her I was unsure if it would even go back on the card she kept telling me there was nothing she could do about it. She even told me it wouldnt be immediate refund like I did not know how card returns worked. During the process she started checking out another client and when I asked her again what do I do if it doesnt credit back to a gift card she rudely told me to wait until she was done with the client who was behind me to begin with. I basically felt pushed aside. I travel almost a hour just to visit this store but I NEVER will again for fear of seeing her.
Sadly the problem with Sephoras In JCP is that they are extremely limited. I called asking about Amore pacific, karuna masks, Jo Malone, Farmacy (they said they had a very small selection) and kinara. They had nothing but the small selection of Farmacy. Such a disappointment that we don’t have a free standing Sephora.... It’s just frustrating.
There are no words to describe how wonderfully AWESOME this store is! Extremely friendly representatives; huge selections on makeup; fragrances; and accessories. And very fair on prices for all products! Love, Love, Love Sephora!!!
I am always treated well here. The employees are helpful, but not smothering. They are very patient when I have extra questions about a product. They know their brands.
Service is terrible. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The store almost never has my shade so I end up either waiting for new shipment and hope for the best or ordering online. Which after the most recent trip one of my closest friends had last week, Ill never buy in this location again. Ill use my gift cards online.
I went to ulta first. I was having a lot of issues with my lipstick separating and transference from my mascara. The lady at ulta was down right rude and horrible. So I went to Sephora and spoke to Hannah! She listened to my issues and steered me in the right direction to the products that would help me. I will no longer be shopping at ulta. All they wanted to do was sell me products to temporarily fix the issue with this one kind of mascara or lip color. Sephora has educators come through that tell them how the ingredients in makeup counteract each other. I will definitely be paying Hannah another visit. Also, they will actually hold a product if you ask them too. When I ask ulta to do this they take it off hold 2 hours later. Screw ulta. I’m team Sephora now!
I went in store and was totally ignored. I walked around hoping that eventually I would be acknowledged, no such luck after 15 minutes. My money and I left. I won’t be returning! This is the worst experience I’ve had a Sephora.

I went into this sephora to return my kat von d liner after receiving it through the mail dried out and I wanted to get another and the representative was marking herself with ALL of the Kat Von D liners and told me to try the last one and I asked if I could just get a different liner and she told me that since I tried that last one, I would have to take it. This is disgusting because SHE marked herself with it!
Only putting one star because you have to put in something, but if I could I would give them 0 stars! I was highly disappointed when leaving this store. I am 1 person who NEVER writes reviews but I must say the way I was discriminated against in this store just now.. I want to literally cry!!!!!!!! First of all Sue the manager was highly rude to me for no reason ( I want to say its because of my color, but Ill just say its because I didnt do a full face of makeup today so maybe she just thought I didnt know what I was talking about) second, she literally helped everyone in the store, After I asked her for assistance. she hit me with the youll have to wait, Im busy helping.. other people (she said it just like that btw) so I patiently waited (just to remind you I just seen her finishing up with a customer and thats when I approached her because I thought she was done.) so I waited. All I needed was some samples of foundation. She came to assist me after I waited for her to help both old and new customers coming into the store. After I mentioned to her all I needed was foundation samples. She then proceeded to tell me that I can only have 3 samples per day. Now Im upset, not only did she wait forever to help me and she was rude to me, shes telling me I can only get 3 samples when its been numerous of times Ive seen THAT store give out more than one sample to non colored girls. Its not like I didnt have money either. I had so many things in mind on what I was going to buy, but now, I refuse to give that store my money. Overall my experience was horrible. And Im just so overwhelmed at how I was treated. No one should be treated like that, not a customer that is bringing in money and customers. Im a makeup artist who has experience and I buy things from sephora all the time. I also recommend my clients to go there because no one seems to even no it exists out here. Its like every time I go there I leave feeling uncomfortable and ready to cry. And What amazes me even more is, I dont believe they even have any black employees. Which is funny to me because theres black women out here who actually wears makeup too. But I guess that doesnt matter, huh?
This place was terrible. I was ready to buy full makeup with a consultation and they didnt want to be bothered.
Every time I call or walk in I always leave frustrated. All occasions except one I was lied too. They tell me they have certain products when they dont. And every associate except one was rude with me. I tried hard to like this place and give it a chance but seeing how I had been treated on several occasions I will no longer shop there.
