Cody was super helpful and went the extra mile to help me find what I came for on a busy shipment day. Having worked retail, I really appreciate that! The store is clean, well stocked, and well organized. My favorite Sallys in the tri cities for sure!

I walked in the store and no one asked me if I needed help. When my boyfriend told one of the associates that I had a question, she was friendly. And now you have to pay for your own bags? If Kendra would have been there this review would be a lot different I’m sure because she’s always amazing and super helpful.

Krystal and Adrianna are awesome. They are both knowledgeable and very welcoming !! Clean and wellstocked !! I appreciate if I dont like a proctuct once I try it at home I can bring it back for a full refund.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and so helpful! I do some crazy experimenting sometimes and dont always know what I need. Theyre so kind to help me find everything I need and they give great advice. The store is also really clean and organized.

Was very disappointed. Few days before had shopped at Sally. Got home discovered an item I purchased was not in bag. Searched car which was only place I was after making my purchased. Returned to store very unfriendly manager stated sorry nothing they could do. Her attitude was so cold I left the store without purchasing the additionally items I had purchased. Not sure where she got her management training but she definitely needs additional straining before she runs o# any more customers!

Good customer service, large variety of quality products, clean inside, relatively cheap & during the rather few occasions I seeked help out from the employees, they were helpful and seemed to be component and appropriately knowledgable in hair and are able to share how to achieve whatever you ask about in three most effective manner in your own home.
