Kala khatta was not khatta(sour) at all. But its a great place for Paan.

Excellent customer service, you can ask for anything, they will help you now he is my friend, I enjoy a best and different quality of paan. Price doesn’t matter if you enjoy it.

Best paan in New Jersey

They have tried to be as authentic as possible. There is a difference between eating the Pan back in India and eating a Pan in NJ. India any day.is better. But for those living in and around NJ a good option.

I tried chocolate paan and ice paan. It tasted good.

The pan is ok and dont buy ice cream from there they sell costly there compared to rest.

Paan ice cream Is good but too costly. Customer service is very bad. They accept cash only despite you buy stuff of more than 20$. They have a atm machine so they ask to take cash from machine. They behave very arrogantly to the customers and use abusive and offensive words (this happened to me twice)So, Even if the ice cream is good, if you don’t serve it with smile you will loose your customers very soon.1st experience :I bought paan icecream worth 13$ and some paan to round up the total to 20$. They were not ready to accept the card. Then I had no option then to return all the items. The shop keeper suggested to use atm machine and pay him. Cash which I agreed to do. After paying him, old guy from the shop says in Hindi “ dekha kaise nikali cash” to which I said “I got charged extra dollars for this “ . He replies “ yeh dharamshala nahi hey”< dude I was paying for what I bought koi free bheek nai maaga maine tere se>. I was in hurry and also well taught to never to disrespect elderly pple so I just smiled said “ I have paid this time . Thik she baat karo bina card machine grahako ko maat looto”2nd experience :I went my aunt second time and we were deciding looking at cup sizes which one to buy. The guy was still at the paan counter while Aunty touched the empty sample cup to check the he quantity. While doing so one of the cups fell down to which Aunty apologized the shopkeeper kindly. Now here he goes”appko haat lagane ki kya jaroot thi uss cup ko, app ko samjh nai atta kya. Akkal nai hey” Aunty just politely said that she apologized for that. We just left then.After very bad experience twice I would never like to see those grumpy faces ever again.

The guy who repairs the screen is a fraud. He broke the home button of my IPhone 7 and replaced it with dysfunctional IPhone 6 home button. When I complained about it, he told me that the user experience of button changes after you get a new screen and its normal. He ruined my phone.

Though they have good paan, they do a side gig of fixing iPhone screens. That is a big fraud business as they sell sub standard screens that go bust in a month or so and if you go back to them, they would plainly refuse to fix it and infact badmouth you. This doesn’t happen in the worst of Indian markets what they are running in the US.
