Store at Newport mall didn’t open at 10am as stated on their website. Personnel were inside the store but they refused to open. Be more clear about your schedule.

Very bad service the girl seems to have a bad day she wanted to buy many things I asked her if she did not have a discount that she had several things and with a very bad form she told me that I am not a good customer I like to buy enough but her bad treatment I went for that bad form can lose good customers

Dont buy in this store, their policies suck! Who does no refund only store credit when you dont have the item in stock in the proper size? No promise to order in the size for the money spent! An all Im told is you have 120 days to exchange!?!? Bad for business! Im going to strangle my husband because he went shopping there without me. If I would have known that I would of walked out! Thats what my husband gets for trying to be nice and buy a present.

Dont care for employees at the register. Im just tired of young pple having jobs that they dont value enough to understand what stepping stones means. Im really over these young ignorant types. Too many of them

What an awful store. I bought 2 $38 dollar hats as gifts at 730 pm on August 14th. The lady rung me up and never once mentioned their return policy. I went to return them 20 minute later because I found the product I was originally looking for elsewhere. I approached the three employees huddled together and asked if I could please return the hats I had just bought. She informed me that they only give back store credit or exchanges. I asked since she never stated their return policy and I had just bought them 20 minutes ago if she could make an exception. She responded “it’s not our fault you didn’t read your receipt”. Even if I did read my receipt the transaction had already occurred? If you are a retail store in a mall in New Jersey and you don’t accept returns it is you obligation to inform your customers of your policy BEFORE they purchase anything. I will write to the companies management asking for my money back.

The girl has very bad shape I was going to buy more than 500 dollars I asked her how she had enough things if she could give me a discount she with a very bad character told me that I am not a good customer I like to buy many things but because of her bad treatment I left They are going to lose a lot of customers because nobody likes to be treated so badly, she has to learn to deal with the public or else she has to go elsewhere
