I really didnt need to switch mobile providers, I was looking to get some more information. Im only knocking a star off because metro PCS from my friends perspective are really bad phones, but I just needed some information on T-Mobile. The lady at the desk was more than willing to help and gave me some great information on my phone and what I can do to switch plans. Thank you so much!
