1st time ever going to the authorized Verizon store... usually places like this feel and look sketchy.. but Not this place.. Mike helped and made sure to explain everything so there wont be I wasnt aware of this.. parking in the area is little rough..but other then that go here to get help with your phone issues

I normally shop at a Verizon corporate store. However, w,hen my wife was ready for a new phone.we tried this authorized store instead. There was a notable, and positive, different in the level of customer service here. Our sales representative Mike was extremely attentive and went out of his way to address my wifes quesand specific wishes. I high recommended this business.

Mr Mike was a pleasant and helpful person. He was a delight to work with and helped me transfer 7 phones and did it with no hesitation. Incredible guy and even better service.Got to Mike!

Nicest and most helpful Verizon. Came from Hoboken and it was well worth it. Much better than the Washington St Verizon.

I upgrade my iPhone at this Verizon location a few days ago .Mike was the employee that assisted me with the purchase and set up. He was very helpful throughout the process. Addressing my questions and concerns that some might consider pretty basic stuff with incredible patience.

My wife and I were just walking by and decided to go in to inquire about upgrading our Verizon phones, but we didnt have any real urgency and were not planning on a purchase. We were greeted with very friendly and knowledgeable help. So much so that we came back the next day and upgraded both phones. The process was smooth. The selection of phones was great. The best and the smartest people i have ever met at verizon in my 2 weeks of joining them.Christian yunez is your guy!!Since i ported i was having issues in the port it self where i couldnt receive any phone calls and text msgs. 10-11 hrs of customer care phone calls and a visit to corporate store, it all sucked to a point where it was all kinda a road block.Thanks Christian!!

I spent 4 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday trying to resolve issues with Verizon because of a computer glitch on their part. They were still unable to fix the mistake and allow my upgrade to go through. My daughter, instead, went into this Verizon retailer and worked with Yasmin. Not only was my daughter able to get her phone immediately, Yasmin was able to save us over 450.00 on the total cost of the phone. Amazing customer service. Yasmin needs a big raise.

Yasmine! let me tell you; she should be running a billion dollar company. yes she is that good handling the work. She gives you clear picture what would cost you each month for 3 lines, does NOT try to sell you anything extra or make you sign up all the craps come with it, she has done wonderful work trade-in our old phones, even if my old Samsung S9+ gave some issue during the transfer data to new iPhone!, but she insisted and worked on it, make sure my new iphone setup OK and have everything in my new iPhone...kudus to her!!!

Mike is a funny guy with lots of patience. He explains everything in detail about the mobile plans. If you are planning to get a mobile plan or wifi-plan visit the store and your problem will be solved in a day or two.

The best service I have received at a Verizon store has been in this store.iam very grateful for the treatment and all the help.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Yasmin was beyond helpful, she was so kind and knowledgable. She helped my boyfriend upgrade his phone and helped me replace my lost phone, would highly recommend this location over others in Jersey City and Hoboken.

Stopped by the store today to get two new phone lines and two iPhone 12’s. There was only one lady there attending another customer which was not a problem because I was okay with waiting however, as I was waiting I was checking out the iPhone accessories and the sales person thought I was stealing. She didn’t even ask and reached for my pocket and tried to pull the item out of my pocket which was my iPhone! I have no problem being asked to check my pockets or bags however please ask or wait to get off the phone to speak with me. Very unprofessional!

Yasmin was very helpful and patient as we were switching two lines of service from another carrier. We came in at 6:15 and the store closes at 7 she stayed until after 8 to make sure everything was working. Thats going above and beyond.

I had transferred my service from a different carrier and I had an issue receiving calls. I was on the phone with Verizon but no one was able to help me. I walked into this store and the person was very helpful. He walked me through step by step, waited on hold for me for 30 minutes just to make sure that the issue is being rectified, which it was.I highly recommend this store for all your mobile needs. Real bad experience. The guy working there (don’t know his name) was being very over smart. I was there to get help with porting my service but he was rude enough to tell me “I don’t know why customers are here for this”. He told me he thought I was a scam when I had come few days back to ask for the Verizon service charges. But that was clearly his job to do. He told me “well let me check if you are not lying to me”. I had a Verizon service and all the information with me. He also made certain inappropriate remarks in front of another customer. I got my work done on call through Verizon customer service eventually.

I went to buy 5 iPhone 12 for 5,350 and the service there was terrible. I was charged for things I did not want. They then yelled at me and said that they could easily make this more expensive so don’t try anything just take the deal. They then moved the service and all the phones were disabled. My entire families devices were disabled and my wife could not reach me. There was no way I could have contacted my family. 5 phones were stopped that day. I was also on t mobile for about seven years. And I have never experienced anything like this. And my first day with Verizon was terrible. This is how they treat costumers and I don’t stand for. My wife who works in a federal agency was unable to be reached. She would go out on the highway on her car and not being able to contact me in case of emergency is not right.

Had to get a new phone in a hurry. Laith was quick to help. He knew what phone was best for me and made the process easy. As far as customer experience goes he was on point. Couldnt be happier. I am a long time Verizon customer, he is a good example of why.

After months of debating on whether to actually get the Galaxy 3 watch and not getting much effort from another location, I decided to visit the Central Ave Verizon Store in Jersey City. A representative named Laith was by far the best rep you can get. He answered my constant oblivious questions with the patience of a Saint and gave me the incentive to purchase the watch. He found a discount for me when all I wanted was more info (and Im a hard sell). He then extended his work day by completely helping me set up the watch, activate its functions and even gave me a courtesy call to test my first Wrist Call! Lol. It was awesome. This guy deserves a raise. If youre looking for a gift for yourself or loved one, go see Laith. Tell him Carlos sent you :) CHEERS!!

We were looking for an iPhone 12 Pro Max and porting to Verizon. Called in many shops and none had this phone except for this shop. We drove there immediately and when entering the shop, we were very well greeted by Laith although he was attending another customer. As he was attending to others, he also checked on us to understand what were we looking for. Once our turn came in, he immediately sat down with us and went over the Verizon offers in detail. Answered every question patiently and he surely was very knowledgeable. The entire process of porting and setting up the new phone took around 2hrs but was worth the experience. Laith told us initially when we came in that “I will make sure you go out of this shop with everything ready and the only thing you will be left with is to use the phone” and he did it! I will never forget his words, mainly because nobody ever has told me this with so much confidence and most importantly, kept the word!He completed the porting, setup our new phones, backed up the data from old phones, installed the screen protectors, installed the phone covers and completed all the required formalities for both of us before we stepped out. Now, keep in mind, he is attending to other customers as well all this time. Multi-tasking at its best!I have to admit that I have never faced this kind of customer service and highly recommend to consider this shop for your needs. Ask or look for Laith! Trust me - you will not be disappointed at all! We surely will go back for Fios service as well!

I had the very unfortunate crisis of shattering my phone screen, forcing me to get a new phone. I went to the Verizon store on Central Ave where I was greeted by Laythe (Laith?) and Daniella. I honestly have never worked with a more attentive, kind and helpful employee than Laythe. He gave me his honest thoughts on what phone to get and went above and beyond! Because my phone was not backed up, I couldn’t easily transfer all my info to my new phone. Laythe didn’t give up until this issue was resolved! He deserves all the promotions and praise! Truly a blessing to work with!

Marwan is a scam artist! We came in to this location with phone in hand. He convinced us to return it and buy one from him to get all the deals Verizon was offering. He offered us a free upgrade to unlimited data and a free phone case. Our next bill from Verizon was more than 2x the price because everything he offered was a lie. Verizon corporate just says he is only an authorized dealer and they can’t back anything he said.Stay away and go to corporate Verizon locations.
