While Cricket Mobile service is fine, the store owner on Central is dishonest and charged me way too much for my phones. He admitted that a store worker charged me the wrong price for three phone we purchased back in April. He promised I would either see a refund or have my monthly bill reduced to make up for the overcharge. Neither has happened. Initially, he returned my calls, but has stopped just hoping I would give up, Stay away - use a different Cricket dealer so you dont end up paying too much like I did

Came in to get a new phone and Junior was great took his time and helped me out with all the set up I needed. He even gave me a discount on the accessories. I will keep you posted on the service.

I been a customer at this store for years. I needed an upgrade and Junior took care of me. He set me up with new Samsung phone, accessories and transferred all my stuff from the old phone. Thank you. Great people

Cricket wireless was a great experience. Finding out about the plans was the fun part, the Employees Cristal and Luis had a joyful energy, always kept me with a smile with there knowledgeable jokes. They have great insight on the phones and knew right of the back which phone i needed just by me expressing what Im looking for. I highly recommend anyone to try Cricket Wireless on Central ave.

The service after a while starts messing up the people that work there don’t really know what their doing and the guy manager is very rude you can tell he doesn’t like his job and has a bad attitude

Walked in to browse around, wow what an experience. After hearing the presentation, and answering a few questions their knowledge sales reps found a plan that fit my needs and they also managed to work out a solution for my whole family. They even had a great selection of accessories for all of our new phones at a buy one get one free offer.

Cricket Wireless on Central Ave has the best staff. Junior, Luis and Jordy went out of their way to help me find the right phone and plan that was best for me. When I had a problem, solved it immediately. I would recommend Cricket Wireless and the Central Avenue store to everyone looking for top notch service on ALL levels.

Switched over from tmobile and must say i dont regret the switch at all. Switched over four lines and for each line I got a discount when I enrolled in their family plan.👌🏼 Very insightful and friendly staff, answered all my questions and helped start up the phones! I had a great experience, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, the store looked very clean. Best of all is Crickets coverage and services much better than Boost and Metro and I had both of those other carriers.

Very bad ... I bought my Samsung 7 and there was the free vr gear promotion for the purchase of the almost 700 and some dollars ... they asked me for my information and I never received the happy gift, call several times just give the excuse that they are no longer the same employees it turns out that they hire people every so often, will it suit them? And talked to several people and apparently they have given them the same excuse, call samsung they say that it is the only one that has to do,In conclusion. I never received the gift, it may be that they ask for it in the name of the clients and then resell it, very carefully ... they after you buy them do not help you buy samsung 7 and samsung 6, at the same time, both came out defective and the samsumg company asks you to send them for repair, they never change your phone for a new one just for repairs
