Phone was cracked and came for a new screen. Got it fixed but started having issues with my phone due to the screen. They replaced it with the original screen and phone works perfect. Definitely recommend this place, they will take care of you and find a way to help.

Depends on who you talk to. There is one man who doesnt negotiate and instead laughs at you. I told the man that I was looking for a decent priced laptop and the best he could do was give me a 4 year old dirty laptop chromebook extremely small and blue for 223 dollars when you could buy one for 200 dollars brand new, I told him that make me a deal because Im a frequent and I made crazy deals there before, he asked if I was Indian due to the color of my skin which Im not Indian at all, and laughed at me for not having enough money to buy a laptop due to my personal life. On the other hand I have a good friend there who is very good sells men and persuades pretty good and sells me electronics amazingly, he sold me a xbox one for 100 dollars and sold me a dsi xl for 20 dollars. All appropriate prices for this store! Im going to see my friend who negotiate with me, to see if he can sell me a used iPad at a good price.

Let me tell you this place is THE BEST! On a trip to New York I ended up breaking my phone screen and I needed to get it fixed quick, as my job is 90 % dependent on my phone. I ended up finding them online and man it was worth the drive. The guy that helped me was i called him Mr. Fix it because not only did he fix my phone quickly, he also suggested a screen protector that am telling you was worth every penny, it has been a life saver for my screen. I definitely recommend this place for all your phone needs.

Horrible experience! Do not ever go here! I made the mistake of getting my screen fixed here for my son’s iPhone 6s Plus. They quoted me a price that was $15 cheaper than another place and I went with them, thinking all places are the same. Boy, was I wrong. After picking up the phone, my son tried to use it and could not hear anyone on the other end through the earpiece. Only speaker was working. Also, the front facing camera stopped working. And the Touch ID no longer works. I called them about all this immediately and they claimed that all they did was fix the screen and they touched nothing else. They told me to bring it back so the technician can take a look at it. I brought it back 2 days later since I live out of town and they wasnted to charge me an additional $30 claiming that the parts were damaged. They are the ones that damaged the parts while fixing the screen. They kept saying all they did was fix the screen and nothing else that it must have been already damaged. I told them that my son was using his phone just fine beforehand and all this features worked. All those parts are connected to the screen and got damaged during the replacement. They charged me $15 additional at the end. My husband was the one who had taken it back and didn’t feel like arguing any more, but we really should not have paid anything at all. They are the ones who damaged the phone while replacing the screen. Furthermore, Touch ID still does not work. I googled it and it says it is due to using unauthorized or refurbished replacement products. Stay away from this place. They are so incompetent! Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand.

The camera of iphone 7 was changed as promised but with two nuances:1. It took 2x more time to change it as promised.2. I received two big scratches on the screen.Please show the gentleman at the counter your current screen condition, otherwise they will deny any damage done to your phone after fix.Upd: Gentleman named Nick (store owner as I understood, and the person who left a reply under my review) has no ability to accept his mistakes and is rich on untruthful comments in his reply to my review and in real life as well - had a chance to visit repair shop after and see him in person. Afraid its a deserved one star review.

Very good phone shop with excellent service.

Had a cracked screen replaced by them about a month ago. A few days ago the screen started lifting off and cracked. It wasnt dropped, I didnt press on it, it just cracked from not sitting well on the phone. I brought it to them to replace and they would only glue the cracked screen back on. So now Im out $120 and still have a cracked screen. While I was there two other people were in the store complaining about shoddy repairs, one with an almost identical experience to mine. The store doesnt hold that many people. I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB. These guys have no respect for their customers. They are there to take your money and do not stand by there work.

My Samsung phone kept inexplicably turning dark at the worst possible times. I felt like I had that blue screen error computers normally get. I took it in to the store and they repaired it within minutes. Turns out I had a software issue they were able to fix. Im very happy with the service.

I brought my OnePlus 5 to this store due to having a cracked screen. Granted, I understand that the OnePlus isnt a common phone, but still it took them about a week just to order my screen. Apart from that, my phone started glitching shortly after receiving the phone after the screen repair. They then proceeded to tell me that the motherboard was messed up and that they didnt have the parts for it. So Ill never understand why they would have me pay $129 for a phone that was most likely not going to work regardless of having a new screen. Do not go here.

This place is freakin joke . I bought a used phone from them for a $100 right when I went home found out it didn’t even work like how they showed me . So I went back as soon as I had the time . And they denied selling me a used phone . They said all there phones are brand new . And the owner naguib was so nasty and acted as if he didn’t know it was used . And i even spoke to shady and remone to see what they can do and they were just like the idiot owner . My biggest mistake was not Checking there reviews before buying anything from them . Unfortunately I found out too late they scammed so many people before me .. I’m sure they will be getting shut down soon . I’m so upset that I’m forced to leave them a star .
