First time visiting Hudson Nissan and I had an amazing experience. We left the dealership with a car the same day and the Sales Consultant who helped us was David Gabriel Fontanez.David was very knowledgeable about the cars, respectful, and answered any types of questions we had with great detail. After looking at a few cars, we picked out a Blue Nissan and David took us for a test drive and explained every single feature in the car. It was a little confusing to understand as we never bought a car this advanced, but David helped us understand everything and also gave us a great price which we couldn’t deny!!Definitely would recommend this location to buy your next Nissan! No regrets at all and am very happy with my car!
I scheduled an appointment for my second free oil change and check for my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. I arrived on time and was met with a courteous host. Angie took care of my paperwork before and after the service. I waited in the Courtesy Room which was very comfortable and everyone was socially distanced. Angie is a wonderful representative for Nissan. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She taught me how to connect my phone and Navigator to the dash. I am thankful for her help.
I bought my first car from Hudson Nissan. The sales rep Mohammad, the manager Ken, and the warranty specialist Julia were all incredibly helpful, professional, and reasonable. I visited a few dealerships in the area and I did not have the same experience as I did at Hudson Nissan. Went in after looking at a car online that I was interested in. The sales rep I was working with did not yet come in for the day. I asked to be shown to the stock car just to look at it and was advised they will not show me where it is. The would rather call in my rep to work early or make me come back as they themselves may not secure the sale. That’s unacceptable to me. If I go to the supermarket and ask what aisle the cereal is kept you would show me regardless of what cashier checks me out. Disgusted!

Im not stranger to Nissan 440, I have brought cars from them in the past. These guys are great, and very professional. I just brought another car from them and David Gabriel Fontanez was my sales men. He took his time and help me find the perfect care that would meet all of my needs. This Nissan service department was absolutely amazing. The people were so understanding and tried their very best to help me. I had a few issues with my car that I had been dealing with for a while. They were able to solve the problem quicker than was anticipated and because the fixes were so minimal, did not require me to pay for their services. NO OTHER SHOP would be this understanding and appeal to the customer like this. It is obvious that they put the customer above their own profit, which is rare to find. 100% recommend anyone to visit this Nissan service department.

Always serviced my leased car here, everything goes smooth, wait time is also normal. waiting area is good, with tv, coffee and internet.Till now I did not get a feel that they charge extra or charge you for something they didn’t do (They ask you before doing any job).

I have no complaints thats why I dont mind traveling to get my car repaired at the service center because I can easily go right up Bloomfield Avenue which is more close to me but I like the customer service Josh is a good guy he looks out if something is not right with my car he lets me know...so im very happy with your service and the good work from your mechanicsSo thank you for helping keep my car in good shape🙋🏾

I am not happy with my purchase I feel as though I was rushed into a sale. I initially came in to get my car fixed, they weren’t able fix it so I was recommended to purchase a new vehicle….There we’re only 2 cars within my budget, so I went for the 2018 Nissan Sentra…The test drive was literally only one lap around the building so I didn’t get the opportunity to see how well the car drives . In less than 2 weeks I notice the car starts lagging and the AC pressure is non consistent. I’m afraid I’ll have problems down the line and have to come out of pocket, I don’t want the car. Apparently this dealership has a no “refund policy”.Only good things I have to say is that the staff is friendly.
Walked in for car service . I was a greeted immediately and walked through the service that my car would go through. They sent me electronic updates and then was called when my car was almost ready and when it was ready. Quick service and great customer service .

Good place to service. Responsive staff and manager. Quick turnaround for regular service. They do have a minimum charge for diagnostics which should be clarified before they place a work order.
Eugene was friendly and very helpful. Repair cost was very expensive but I expected that from dealer. I had saved last years quote and in comparing with Genes quote - it was same - no increase. That was important for me. Gene gave me discount and the car was washed. My wallet was $1700 lighter when I picked up the car, but the discount, car wash, promptness of repair time, and friendly service made up for it.
I’m giving a three star because I brought my car in for service and paid a substantial amount and was unable to bring it back when my trunk would not close due to a recall. When I called I was told it’s already after 5pm and I don’t think anyone will be able to help you. I was frustrated and annoyed but thanks to a friend who noticed the screws to the trunk was seriously loose tightened them up for me. If not foe him my car could have possibly been broken into because of that.

I have been to this dealership atleast 5 times, and the wait time is unreal. Always seen to try to sell services that are not needed. Took my truck there for a ac check and was charged over 200 to check my ac then I was told my compressor was out and for a new compressor and install would be over 1900 and the 200 doesnt even count towards that. Needless to say my truck has only 47k miles on it a d there is no way the compressor should be out. Went to YouTube and found a little trick that fixed my ac within 5 secs. So a 5 sec fix, saved me 1900 but could have also saved me 200. Instead of a tech saying there is no way the compressor could be bad at 47k miles let me look into, the easy fix was replace and charge a ridiculous amount of money, especially when I found a brand new compressor for 399 with clutch so that means I was gonna pay 1500 for labor. That is insane. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership for service and I will be leaving a negative feedback on BBB and yelp.

I had bad experiences with service department they not solve my problem from last two months I have a brand new 2021 Altima Sv AWD but I get mileage from my car too bad city/highway just 12/13mile per gallon but service department told me this is good mileage and they also told me I don’t care about your expectations and sales department also cheat with customers as Hudson Nissan general manager also show up big attitude he reply to the customer that I solve your problem but he did nothing (THANKS HUDSON NISSAN FOR GIVE ME A GARBAGE CAR)
Hudson Nissan is great. They have the best customer service. I take my car to get an oil change I’m in and out in about a hour. My customer service rep Angie is phenomenal. She has great customer service skills explains everything to you. Go over all paperwork to assure you know exactly what’s going on with you vehicle.

Nothing out of usual, your standard dealership with shady charges like PDI on used vehicles. If dealership is doing an inspection of the cars that they are buying before putting it in the market that’s their duty to consumers for that profit they’re already pocketing, they don’t have to charge consumer again for it and these shady charges started couple of years back because they can’t complete with other services like carvana, vroom or carmax if they don’t show lower price on their site and charge extra when the person goes to dealership. Stay away from this dealership if you hate to be overcharged with shady dealership fees.
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and was unfamiliar with the whole process but the staff as a whole were a tremendous help especially the sales rep Mohammad baig who gave me a good deal for my very first car ! Would def recommend anyone to shop at this dealership!

Came to Hudson Nissan because I saw a Nissan Kicks on Autotrader that had great mileage and the price was great. Called to schedule a test drive and Chanty was nice, courteous, helpful. Came on the day of the appt and was greeted promptly and David Tran came shortly after to assist us. He was very friendly, funny, overall great guy. My appointment was at 8 am, I arrived at 7:30, they assisted me when I arrived. The waiting room was clean and I was the only person there. My truck was ready and I left around 8:30... Awesome service and done efficiently and quickly. I paid for my service when I purchased the car, this is my third visit. Although I only put a thousand miles on it and did not need the oil change, etc. I still let them check my truck. My only suggestion is that the notice they put up for the next service be clearer. They did not even put one in my car this time. I just have to remember the mileage I had prior to take it to service this time. I know it should be every three months or a certain amount of miles. Being I dont drive a lot I must keep a tab on how many miles I put on my vehicles... Other than that they are Great and the representatives are kind...

I came all the way from upper Manhattan and dropped my car for service and was dealing with Angie. I was told 20 minutes before closing that my car I ready for pickup and if I didnt make it in 20 minutes I will have to come the next day !

Very helpful and negotiable. The only issue is we had to wait for financing for 2 hours because the area the financing employees work in is small and due to covid-19 they can only have one person back there. Though understanding it was quite annoying. Maybe add another financing person on the floor instead of the back office.
I just left this dealership after traveling an hour to look at a used car advertised on Carfax and I could not be more disgusted. When the salesman Muhamed showed us the car we noticed a huge crack in the windshield about 12 inches long. This crack was not mentioned in the online description which quoted “no accidents or damage “ and was not present in any of the online photos of the car. Muhamed stated that “maybe we could see it if we zoomed in” and that “it didnt count as damage if not reported by carfax”. To make matters worse instead of discounting the price to make up for the damage ($990 repair per Safelight auto glass), we were quoted an upcharge to $20,000 vs the $17,995 price quoted online with “no damage”. This was pure dishonesty without apology! Terrible!! Hudson Nissan should be embarrassed!
