So I bought an Audi Q7 from here they seemed nice and professional until I drove my car off the lot. I got about and hr away from the dealership because I was an out of town buyer. The oil light comes on, I called my rep a young guy cant remember his name but he stated oh it just had an oil change mind you I asked all these questions when I bought the car and he obviously lied because on my drive back to NC my defective head light came on. I sent him the pictures he asked for he stated if you get the oil light fixed we will reimburse you and I will order the light and send it to you and reimburse you for labor So my oil change was 145 and I never got the light. It also took them months to send my plates, my 30 day tags expired and there excuse was first they were sitting at their other office then I never picked them up after my rep told me they would be sent because I dont live there..... then I spent 945 3mnths later because the AC stopped because the fan fell and my window switch stopped working because it had no bolts so it fell working and the shop I took it to said it looked like someone did bogus work on it smh. Lastly my mileage didnt match my documents it was 2k more then what they had noted. Ill never buy a car from here they dont genuinely sell cars they sell to make a dollar only and I have met genuine car salesman so please save your money!!!! Dont buy here!!!

They are selling Luxury Lemons!1mnth in check engine light came on, took it to the dealer they said it was the gas cap.and at the time of purchase the glove department needed fixing and it still as not been fixed/replaced.Its been 2 months and my car has needed to be top off with oil twice, and coolant. Went to dealership, the manager Ana Wood was very unprofessional in resolving my issues. Advised me that their Service Department will look at it, but Ill be using my Warranty for any fixs. And said in a nasty attitude that the service department WOULD NOT be able to look at it anytime soon.. Within 5min of leaving dealership my car overheats and needs to be towed.I REPEATSave yourself the headache, avoid this dealership! They are selling Luxury Lemons.I still have yet to receive my Lic. Plates. I have even went to MVC, stood in line for 2hrs only to be told that no information has been sent to MVC regarding my car. SMH

[Edit] 3/25/20 was sold a car that had a sagging headliner, rattling timing chain and exhaust and absolutely no brakes. Today discovered that the broken door handle that I was promised would be fixed actually prevents the door from locking and my car was broken into. The person I emailed about my urgent issues is not receiving any of my emails. Unfortunately until any of this is resolved, I have to edit my review.Great experience, found a great car for a great price fast with Paul and Omar. Friendly service, good people, awesome cars. Would definitely keep coming here and Ill be sending my friends here as well!

Made an appointment to see a car and confirmed the morning of. Traveled from Brooklyn only to be told that the car was sold the day prior. Completely unprofessional and should be taken as a sign to avoid them.Edit: The reply to this review is a lie. The same woman who booked by test drive was the lady that greeted me at the door and confirmed that the test drive was still scheduled. Only AFTER going in the back to get the keys did she inform me the car was sold. This false reply from the business only supports my claim that they are unprofessional and should not be considered as honest.

Let me begin by stating what a great team dale dean Ana and Chris make at east coast auto ! I was literally denied by 7 banks on cheaper cars at other dealers until I stopped being stubborn and listened when they told me I would leave her the same night with what car I wanted. I have a less than up to par credit Score and I left with a 2013 M5 with 40 k miles and I’m paying 685 a month and with a 2 year an extended warranty included in that price. They wouldn’t stop calling me every 5 minutes I didn’t even have to come in the office until I had to sign the papers ! Everything was simple and smooth over the phone it was great buying experience and thanks to them I have the ultimate driving experience. It’s hard not to smile when you have your foot right about 560 hp. Thank you east coast !!

First and foremost my buying experience was great. I purchased a clean 535i Xdrive. Our sales person Ahmed was a pleasure to deal with he was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. Ahmed did not over sell me on cars out of my price range and was instrumental in helping us set a price point prior to finalizing the deal. This young man has an excellent future in the car business he made the entire experience extremely gratifying. Ahmed personally delivered the car to my home that same evening. Great place, overall great experience, but more importantly having a great person like Ahmed to deal with caps the transaction.

Great experience no complaints got me approved with terrible for Maserati. They didn’t beat around the bush and was honest and got a a loan I couldn’t refuse. If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. When we got there to get my dream car, I took it for a test drive. They didn’t have a shift knob on the car so I was forced to drive it without one. They said they would go get a shift knob off a different car in their other location if I were to buy it, as I was not going to go on a 3 and a half hour drive back home without one, like they originally tried to say... implying that they would send me one in the mail. We sat for hours and hours for them to find a shift knob telling us oh it should only be 10 more minutes. They insisted on us to give them a good review before we left like seriously insisted. Since I lived out of state they were supposed to send my plates and reg in the mail, I waited 3 months for my plates and reg with only a 30 day temp registration and a dealer plate. Every time I called to try and see where my plates were, they would keep me on hold for 30 minutes then just hang up . Yesterday I was driving my car and noticed it acting weird, I wasn’t ripping on it or anything, just drove it farther then I normally would on an average day and it started making a really rough noise . I NOW NEED A NEW MOTOR. Already, after driving the car FOR 3 MONTHS. We paid a extra 1,900$ for when I bought the car for “service fees” to make sure the car was perfect before it left the lot. THIS IS THE WORST CAR PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Horrible to their customers and they SELL YOU LEMONS!!!!! I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. It even seemed like all they wanted was your money when we got there, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY QUE TO LEAVE AND GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP.
