Bait and switch...even post corona. Staff was nice. Good selection but the car you want to see from their website for sale...they are not really for sale. They are there on the lot in the back but the price is pre-inspection etc but you still cant buy them. Fun place. Good luck.

Ive always enjoyed customer service at this company. This current visit, I met Sales Consultant, George Kaldas. I appreciated his patience and advice with selecting my new car. It was a humbling experience.

The staff at Hudson Auto Group was great. Even though the process took a long time Joey & Sergio really worked with us until we were able to get in the car we needed. Their patience and understanding made it easy for my husband and I to take our time to make sure our next car fit us perfectly. We closed the place down but we drove off in a beautiful 2017 Hyundai Sonata after trading in our 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My husband and I will be returning again for our next car purchase. They were super helpful at helping me locate the specific car I wanted, were upfront and worked with me (as I went through a Credit Union to purchase my car). Easy to work with and transparent! Shout out to Wilmer (The Subaru one, not the Hyundai one).

I didnt get my subaru from here but I bring it for service and I receive great customer service from David. Takes care of any services you need and concerns you may have about your car. I always feel better about the shape of my car when I leave from here.

For a customer who was very aggravated because I needed to sit and waite as well go back and forth to get my car fix. I was very overwhelmed as well as frustrated with everything. Bad service..They take forever. Purchase took 4.5 hours, despite car having been picked out, and deposit paid already.Meme speaks little English, and made 5 (YES 5!!) mistakes on the credit application - information which just needed to be copied from a paystub to the computer. .He did not even bother to apologize, just seemed completely indifferent....INCOMPETENT.During the long wait, we overheard one of the sales guys ask a colleague for assistance. He said : they only speak Spanish, has a lot of questions and are both really difficult.... Im in customer service and thinking to myself - really??...well, sorry your customers are such inconveniences....Will NEVER use this dealer (and I have a Hyundai) and not only will I NOT reccomend them, I will do what I can to discourage anyone from going there..

Good prices for cars! Decent service and the fewest fees in the area but that is where it stops. Registration issue that they say they cannot fix and it is my problem to deal with so it seems that once they get your money, the service stops.

Came here because our car had issues, they did a fantastic job.

I was interested in a 2017 Hyundai Elantra w/10,888 miles listed on Cargurus. I called this dealership twice to confirm that this car was in stock. I had one salesman tell me that it was indeed in stock and when would I be coming in to pick it up? I told him the next day or the day after, he told me those were his days off, but he would come in if i showed up. I then called the night before at 8:30pm confirming yet again, knowing they closed at 9pm, so on Thursday March 7th, I was told again the car was in stock. I made arrangements to head out first thing in the morning on 3/8 to be there at opening to buy the car. Due to my fiance having to work, I caught the train from Philly to jersey city, then an uber. when I arrived at the dealership to my surprise, they can not Find the car. They wasted my time for 30 minutes pretending to find the car before they finally admitted that is was sold. the dealer opened at 9 am and I got there around noon. I knew this was a dealer trick by now, so I asked when did the car sell? I was told February 28th!! The dealer lied and the car was STILL listed for sale online. After seeing my disappointment they offer me a similar car to test drive, the car had almost 10k more miles then the original car and cost $2k more. I told them their services were terrible and proceeded to leave, I was insulted because what I was shown was not even close to what I described that I wanted. The lead salesman then asks me to come back in and see what else he can do, he shows me another car which is a downgrade from what I asked for once again, so once again I was insulted as he continued to waste more of my time. this trip was a lie and ended up costing me $121.56 and a day of my life I will never get back. I went to a REAL hyundai dealer in quakertown the next day and got exactly what I wanted for cheaper and way less miles. This dealership is a joke!
