The staff at Hudson Toyota was amazing from beginning to end. They assisted me in locating the exact vehicle I wanted and did not steer me to another vehicle because they did not have it on site. Instead they located a vehicle arriving within a month that fit my needs. In less than a month my vehicle was ready and the process went smoothly from picking up my new 2022 4Runner to driving it home. Zeeshan was amazing, hilarious and made sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I drove off. I would strongly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location.

I met the best sales person ever name Jack.He was really nice and respectful. He focus on what I wanted to buy and provided the best options to choose from . He walked around the huge lot with me and was extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Also as a female he helped me further understand the perks that came with my car. In addition, I was assisted by Johnathan the man that I sat in the office with that went over my gap insurance and warranty. Johnathan was a delight to work with as well.Everyone at Hudson Toyota in Jersey City NJ was very friendly and welcoming. Overall I did enjoy my experience. However, the wait time to sign papers and receive my car was very exhausting. I waited so long I started to forget the car I was buying. I arrive at the car dealership at 9 am in the morning yet left 1 pm in the afternoon. At one point in time while waiting two hours with my mom just for the paperwork process alone I even started to begin to regret purchasing the over $30,00 car. So if there is anything that needs improvement it is the wait time to sign paperwork. Thank you so much HudsonToyota for allowing me to offer my honest feedback about my experience. Hudson Toyota provided the most seamless process I have ever had when buying a car. We got the car we wanted, and there were no sketchy sales tactics used like I have experienced at other dealerships. Our sales consultant, Shah was the easiest person to work with. He got us into the car we wanted at the right price and did not pressure us once. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and he was very accommodating to me and my 4 year old son who joined me at the dealership. He made the whole process so easy. I will certainly work with Shah again when I buy my next car.

Classic bait and switch. My sister lost her Jeep Renegade in the flood. I found one from this dealership that was priced well given the market of used cars. We called to see if it was available because its a 30 minute drive. They say yes it is. We say well be there tomorrow to look at the car in the afternoon because she had a cat scan in the morning. They called numerous times to get us to come look at it. However, when we get there, they are pretending to run around to solve a problem. The problem was it had a deposit on it three days before we called. They apologize, but in a super condescending way saying the website informs everyone there is a deposit so we should have known, despite the fact that they said it was available. Its not on the website. I checked when I was sitting there, and I looked again today. So then they pull out another Renegade, with more miles and a broken sunroof that they will not fix, but is more money. Also, whoever is buying that orange Renegade, which Im 100% certain no one is and its just a bait car, they left the sunroof open for God knows how many days. They showed it to us in case the deal doesnt go through and the inside was covered in leaf debris.Stay away from this dealership. Completely unprofessional and they are scam artists. I also reported the listing.We went to a different dealership and found a Jeep Cherokee with no problems and she bought that car. She picks it up on Monday after it gets service (new brakes, tires, oil change).

I got the best customer service from this dealer. I actually walked out of East Coast Toyota because they claimed they couldn’t do anything for me. I walked into Hudson Toyota after an online inquiry with John Kim convinced me that they would see what can be done. I had an appointment with Octaviano Zuniga. He had the same last name as my wife before we got married so we had a good conversation. It was pretty late when I came in it was like 7/8PM after spending two or three hours with East Coast Toyota I was really not trying to spend too much time especially since I had to convince my wife to come (idk about you but that was the hardest part). After some time I met Juan who hit a home run. He made sure we had the chance to test drive which east coast did not let us do. He was very professional and courteous. I signed all my contracts with Juan in the back. Two Juan’s. There’s a lot of Juan’s here actually. I wish I came here first before going to east coast Toyota. This place is about twenty five minutes away from my house but I do all my service here now with the Service Manager Manny. First time I came in, I was out in about twenty minutes. Second time was a little bit of a wait but there was a lot of people here and I can see why. I bought this car because of the long commutes I do to work (1000 miles roughly a week) it’s a Corolla hybrid but it’s awesome on gas. Next car purchase I’m not even wasting time with other dealers. Just coming straight here.

We were after a rare car, the RAV4 Prime SE. Ive made a list of 25 dealerships in the New Jersey and Tri state areas who stocked this vehicle, and I was close to giving up BECAUSE so many salesmen forget what it is to negotiate, make a deal or keep the customer happy. My initial visit at Hudson Toyota sealed the deal for me when I met Sales Consultant Amine Bouzerd. However, I didnt purchase until my 3rd visit. He was polite and professional. After telling him what I wanted, we walked the Toyota lot to view vehicles of interest. He also recommended I take a look at the inventory on their website, this way I could test drive the cars upon my return.Amine was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy. I would like to give more than 5 stars for Aixa Hernandez (representative) is very helpful and simple to communicate, and Nissim Levy (sales) is amazing, honest, welcoming and great to talk. Both got me fast quote for 2022 Sienna, they did not add any markup or upcharges in quote.Then I took 1-star off for one of their manager (Juan Garcia) who added Ext/Int Premium paint protection plan for $1595 on top of the quote. I was told that they must include this plan on quote....oh well, I was disappointed but at least I enjoyed to talk with Nissim Levy, thank you

We had been looking to try out a toyota highlander platinum for several months but no one had any in stock each time we tried due to the chip supply issues. We finally got lucky at Hudson Toyota last weekend because another customer ordered it but couldnt get financing. Pedro was the sales agent, and he was very friendly and professional. He let us test drive it thoroughly and he proactively showed us the not-so-obvious features, while patiently answering a million questions we asked. We felt he was very honest about everything too. He also gave us time to make this big decision while another person who came later was interested. And once we decided, he and his manager did their best to speed up the process for us as we were not accustomed to the purchasing process. Pedro has followed up twice to check how were doing with the new car, and is helping us track down some paperwork we lost now. Overall a very good experience, and were looking forward to driving the new car more!

I dont buy new cars often, but when I do, Im buying from Hudson Toyota. I worked with Zeeshan Zaman to buy a new Rav4 Prime, which you cant find anywhere in the south, and we live in Louisiana. Zeeshan made the entire process super easy from start to finish, got the car registered, taxed and plates for Louisiana. I flew up to NJ to meet him at the dealership, and everything was exactly as promised and no hassle whatsoever. I cant recommend Zeeshan enough, and for anyone who is looking to buy a Rav4 Prime from out of state, he is definitely your guy.

We were referred by a good friend to buy our cars here at Hudson Toyota, but had a very bad experience with one of your salespersons. He approached us with a lasse faire, over-confident attitude. He asked which car I was interested in and I replied the Rav 4 Prime, and was looking into financing 2. He continued to ask which model and I said SE; in which he replied disrespectfully, as the “cheaper one.” We continued to ask about possible promotions and possibly putting down money to secure these cars, but he was not answering our questions appropriately and kept pushing a price. He said if we wanted those cars at the price we requested that even he would be able to buy 2 himself. Mind you, the price we were estimating was $45,000, which is not that far off from the MSRP. There were multiple other occurrences during the conversation in which he did not help us. We felt discriminated against and left extremely disrespected. When we said the deal was not what we were looking for we proceeded to leave. We asked for his calling card, but he even said he did not have one and we were not coming back anyways so we would not need it. When i asked for his name he would not give it to me until i repeatedly asked for it. Eventually, he responded Aaron, which i am not even sure is his real name because he did not have a name tag on. I have always thought that Toyota was a good company but customer service like this is unacceptable.

Car arrived a month before it was supposed to. However, our sales persons answer to whats the cost varried depending on when Im asking the question during the same day. I ended up getting a new rav4 xle hybrid with the xle options at the same price he told me a normal xle rav4 would cost, and that I had to add more to that to get options like automatic trunk door and sun roof etc. I doubt Id know about the cost if I didnt go inside the office where they ordered it online per my choice. Satisfied with the delivery, but probably its wise to not buy used here as you might potentially pay 2x of what they bought it for. Or may be, thats just how dealerships work.

I was very disappointed with the time it took for service to be completed. My scheduled appointment time was for 1:00. At approximately 3:05 went to check with service rep. to find out the status of my car. He stated there was a car or 2 before me. Told him this was ridiculous waiting 2 hours for an oil change. After a short time he came to tell me they were taking care of my car & then notified me about filter changes which was fine. At 3:50 finally got called to pay & get paper work along with apologies & stating how short staffed they were. Well I guess they shouldnt have made so many appointments for 1 day if their staff couldnt handle it.

I bought my 2021Toyota SR5 premium with the able guidance from sales crews led by Mohammed.. These people are 👍good. I had wanted a 4 runner limited with little persuasion I changed my mind. The SR5 premium Toyota can stand on its own. It is not a pushover by any standard and it is even more cheaper than the limited. I went for it. It is spacious it has a third row seat like my mentero mitsubishi limited. Better on gas consumption than mitsubishi limited which is 13mpG. With my new SR5 premium Toyota, have been able to save on ⛽gasoline up to 20 -22.7 MPG

The early bird service was great 👍, but when I picked up car after service I noticed that someone broke my magnet phone holder. It was attached with adhesive tape as well as crazy glue, it was literally impossible to remove with a touch of hand, whoever did this,used force to remove and then put it right back.

I was initially wary of going to Hudson Toyota from bad experience several years ago but time was of the essence so we decided to give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism, honesty and courtesy. Unfortunately the vehicle I wanted wasn’t in stock but it only took a week to get it. Inventory is very scarce right now around the country and somehow Leon K. & Pedro V. were able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted within a reasonable timeframe. Im not one to complain or leave a bad review butafter my last experience I have to say.. worst servicein the industry…I’ve had issues with service before but these last two times are the exception.My 2nd to last visit was made specifically to address a concern.. I even specified in the notes when I made the appointment... not only were my concerns not addressed, they performed a service that was not due yet, and was told that I needed to make another appointment to address my original concerns and was pretty much “rushed out the door”..My last experience I suffered a mechanical breakdown, had it towed to their facility overnight. I waited for them to call. I was told the part was covered under warranty and would be ordered on that day I originally spoke with a rep. A few days later after I tried repeatedly to get a status update, and after calling a different department. I was told there was nothing put through the system for me, but it’ll be sorted out. I finally hear from the rep and was told it will be ready in a few days. That day came and went, still no communication. I had even requested a loaner which was covered under the agreement during the original contact and never heard anything back in regards to that.Ultimately It took me having to take a day off of work a couple of days after the date that was given to finally get my vehicle back. The whole time I was there I was treated like I inconvenienced them.I’m not saying every staff member there is horrible, some were very helpful on trying to get me a status update during the whole ordeal, even though I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor but was never connected to one

Worst experience i have had at this toyota dealership. When i went to buy a car they told me that anything happens to the tires i can go to their service center and get it fixed. I got a flat tire and called service center and they wouldnt give me an appointment until a week after which is crazy because i cant sit at home while i wait for my tire to get replaced, So i went and they said you can try every morning around seven oclock and try to get your car tire replaced. This is information for new people that are thinking to get a car from this place to think again. They dont take care of their customers. I lost over 2000 dollars just waiting to get my tire replaced since i pay insurance on my tires. Never again will i be doing business with them.

I paid a deposit for a RAV4 Prime (a vehicle in short supply) at Hudson Toyota. Unlike other dealers who asked for a deposit, Hudson attached my deposit to an actual vehicle. They kept me informed of the vehicles progress from the factory to Jersey City. They sold it to me for a fair price and made the process of purchasing remotely from Colorado easy.

Craig Malise was our service director. We purchased a CPO that had just come in and was not yet processed so agreed to wait a few days while it processed. The necessary repairs were done since it was pre owned. Craig took care of every concern we had, no problem, and was happy to show us the work, explain it, and let us try it. Worst experience. The customer representative “Marc Rivera” was so disrespectful and had an audacity to cover up the faults done by him and his team.I recently replaced all the four rotors & brake pads at Hudson Toyota. I also replaced two tires. Further, I started having issues with the braking system and car started making a lot of noise after just one week of replacement. One of the new tires got flat in just a week. I went there to check what is the issue and see if tire had any manufacturing defect and this guy, rather than acknowledging the issues or trying to fix it, asked me to wait for 3 hours before they could even do an initial examination. As it was a working day and I couldn’t drive on a spare tire to work, I asked them to lend me a rental car or help fix it soon, but they couldn’t do either. Just FYI, this conversation is happening in the morning around 8:30 or 9, and they are not even interested in helping. I wonder how usually a work day looks like at Hudson Toyota, as employees were not interested in helping this early.The people over there are very rude and especially “Marc Rivera” who sits in the second office on left when you enter the service center from side door. I thoroughly regret giving them business, as the services were the worst and people were horrible. I strongly recommend people to avoid going to Hudson Toyota, NJ, if they are planning to buy a car or even getting any part or stuff replaced.I wanted to give them 0 rating, but then they won’t let me put this review!

Sales associates are great (our associate was Nissim) - not pushy but helpful and patient. More inventory than in other dealerships. My only small dissapointment was floor mats that were on pictures of this car online but were actually missing

Agreed on a walk away price with John. At signing, Junior - the acting general manager insisted $599 documentation fees were required by law in NJ. Though I am not attorney I wasnt born at night. Junior then said everyone charges more, Junior then offered good faith money, then he complained that he cant keep lights on at our agreed price. Really? Walked. Time wasters.

My visit was just to changed oil and they recommended alignment. My appt. was a 8:45 AM. I was on time. I was there until 12:50 PM . I was very upset. I was told to different things why they took too long. I bought my car there 2004, since then, always come back for maintenance for many years, because good customer service of John Gutierrez, but this time I was really upset for the time that they take for something that not required more than 1 hour.I hope it won’t happen again.

Mark the service manager was outstanding. He was able to get all my car requests done in one day. Therefore saving me a trip for coming back to Toyata service department. That was a huge deal for me. Hudson Toyata route 440 is the best. Mark the service manager just made that statement true.

It was an amazing experience. Hudson Toyota is one the big sales and leasing companies. Their manager Qulzam Zaman was extremely hospitable, professional and co-operative. Within an hour he found many vehicles matching our requirements. We chose our dream SUV and entire process of purchase and registration was swift and seamless. The drive of my SUV is flawless. I strongly recommend Hudson Toyota for both new and used vehicles. I am giving them 5 🌟 because that is the limit on Google. They deserve 10 🌟.

My experience with Hudson Toyota has been finnicky. The sales rep was friendly and wasnt pushy so I appreciated that. However, he wasnt very forthcoming with information. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and while I was discussing what I was looking for, I mentioned that I wanted certified pre-owned so that the maintenance would be included, he never mentioned that it wouldnt be.I waited to speak with the loan department for two hours and was never spoken to about what the loan department would be offering me. They made it seem like they were only going to finalize my paperwork and have me sign. I was disappointed that the sales rep who I spent 4-5 hours with at this point didnt tell me as a first time car buyer how the process was going to work. It felt shady. They fixed the issue which I appreciated.However, I was given temporary license plates as most people do when purchasing a new car. The expiration date came and I didnt receive a phone call, a letter, nothing informing me about the status of my license plates. When I contacted them, they gave me the run around and when I spoke to someone they told me that the title has not been released by Toyota yet and that is why they havent received the license plates. They were unsure why the title hadnt been released. If I never contacted them, I would not have known this. They told they would call me back to let me know if I can another set of temporary license plates and they never did.I spoke to Juan a day after that and he apologized and offered to give me a loaner car the following day. He also said he would call me and let me know the status of my plates. He did call me back and gave me an update.The reason I am giving them two stars is because I shouldnt have had to go through all of that. I shouldnt have had to contact them about my license plates, they should have contacted me. It is unprofessional and bad customer service. The fact that I have expired license plates, the title hasnt been released and Ive had the car for over a month and I never received a phone call about it is problematic. I will not recommend them to family, friends, etc. and my next car will be with a different Toyota dealership.

The people that work there are fine.Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.That is too long.I had an appointment also.Set up express bays for this kind of work.I was given a quote of 630.00 for front brakes.My personal mechanic who has worked on my cars for years.He just pulled the tires and said you do NOT need breaks.They are good for at least 10000 miles or more.You will never see me or my car again. The only reason I was at the dealer. The hood would not open and I thought it would be a warranty item.I figured while I was there just change the oil and rotate tires.Bye Toyota.

Horrible experienced. Sales person did not know the features of the car. You can only test drive the 50k car in the parking lot. Made me wait an hour to get the trade in on my car. Came back with a trade-in offer 6k below Kelly Blue Book. When I objected I was subjected to a very rude person who said that the difference was my using good versus their fair. Got home and ran the kelly with fair and it was 4k above what they wanted to give me.

I have had the worst customer service dealing with this company, they are liars and they will tell you anything to get the sale. I Financed a Tundra and shortly after leased a Hylander from them, i specifically asked if it included wear and tear, tyre and gap insurance since these features were also included on the Tundra they told me yes and then when it was time to honor the tyre they refused to. The customer service manage (Juan) tried her best to help me but the sales manager basically told me since i did not have it in writing he will not honor it. So their words mean nothing, do not trust them, make sure you read through the fine prints. i have been a customer for several years but i feel betrayed and it’s not about the money for the tire it’s about the principle and i will never ever trust Hudson Toyota again, it seems they will tell you anything to get the sale. I am hurt and Juan showed no empathy he was callous and dismissive and told me he cannot honor it because i have nothing in writing, his specific words were “We honor our words that are in writing”. I wanted to give zero stars i have loved and driven toyota since age 15 now every-time i hear the name toyota i think of Juan and how passive aggressive he was towards me And unwilling to honor the words of his coworkers and do the honorable thing. DONT TRUST THEM!!!

Today I came in and was afraid of what my outcome would be. I was having a safety issue with a vehicle I had and they were able to solve it for me. Craig Malise was the first guy to help me out. Explained to me the goods and bad of what of was doing. Edward Guzman was also of great help. Esteban Mendez was my sales guy and was able to get the car bought back and worked with me as far as payments went. Wish they could’ve went a bit lower but I can manage. He was able to combine everything I needed within that price without having it raised. Also thanks for the pizza for my kids ☺️.
