I know they are closing, but the girl at the register is literally the rudest person I’ve ever met working a register. Christ I’m just buying something don’t take your life out on me.

Don’t buy online from Godiva. They will literally steal your money.I bought a small gift for Vday. Not only has this still not arrived, but they refuse to refund my money. When I point out that they have a 90s tech website with no way to cancel an order, track a purchase or do anything. They offered me $13 refund. My order was over $45. So now I am here. They wanted escalation not me.Look chocolate is chocolate. Buy from someone who will honor their agreements.

Great service!! Has nice outdoor patio with a another location for people to study and chill. My favorite coffee and coffee shop in Los New York.

I requested chocolate covered strawberries well ahead of their closing time and was told that they were not doing anymore. Time was 6pm and they were closing at 8pm.

It used to be a good place but now its just like any other restaurant.

Great selection, helpful staff and lots of things to try. Staff went above and beyond to help me buy something to bring back home without it getting trashed in my suitcase on the plane

Honestly the chocolate isnt life changing. Neither are the shakes. For the prices theyre sold for, Id expect diamonds to be embedded into each truffle.

Located on the second floor of newport mall, the store is conveniently placed near escalators . Small, well kept shop with a good variety of Godiva goods.

Quality chocolate but felt rushed by the staff when choosing what to buy.

Staff is either ill-mannered or there arent enough of them. The lines here get super long. Management needs to change up their staffing plan and provide customer service training.
