I went to return an unopened perfume that i bought from Perfumania in Woodbury NY to this location.After asking another lady who looked like store manager, The saleslady first said I have to go back to woodbury to return the product since they dont have that product at their location.I was shocked and annoyed by her answer and read her what was written in the reciept. It did not mention anywhere that i have to return the product at the same location that i bought it from.Then the lady said her POS system is connected with 200 stores but, she could not verify the receipt is from perfumania as it dont show up in the system.(trying to indicate that the reciept might be fake)I asked, it should show up unless the woodbury Perfumania gave me a fake reciept.And then the lady was trying to point the item is open, shoing the tiny peeling plastic cover at the bottom of the perfume. when i got really annoyed and told her that this is the way it was when i bought it.Finally when i insisted her to call the store in woodbury they she was able to verify the purchase was geniune and product was theirs.She seem a little embarrassed but did not even sorry, and mentioned They have to treat all customers equally ..... to me this sounded like, they have to treat all customers as equal piece of sh*tThe whole transaction could have been way smoother.I would never return to any perfumania ever because of this . Nor would i recommend anyone including my friends and family.You are better off shopping at Marshalls, or Amazon where you can get the same product for half the price.

The young lady who helped me was so helpful and well informed. She was even able to get me to buy smaller gifts due to her patience and not pushy attitude.

Great place with great prices. Always shop here for the latest colognes and perfumes.

Website says store closes at 9:00 PM,I went there (driving 20 miles on traffic as this is the closest store) reached there at 8:10 PM. The door was locked. There were still staff inside, but they rudely waived hand indicating the store is closed.I will never go back

Great customer service

First time in that store. I usually wear body sprays and the young lady was determine to get me away from them. And she did. I love my new fragrance and I really appreciated Tameekas help. She really made my day. I even bought a fragrance for my boyfriend. He loves it as well.

When I happened to be passing by this store today, I figured Id go in and look around. This Darling young woman welcomed me with a HUGE smile. I wasnt looking for anything because Christmas has gone. I have all the ones I like. We started talking and I thought about what my Man likes. I had gotten him what I liked for the Holidays. She wasnt pushy, she didnt try to sell me a thing. Then, I noticed the D&G that my Baby likes. I bought it. I smelled it, I examined the packaging. This is the real thing. The only thing missing was the bells and whistles and pushy sales people who make you feel bad for not buying the 3 piece set. Maybe 25% of men use the deodorant and shower gelle. I brought it home to him and got a HUGE hug! What a lovely young woman. Thank You!

I dont have any problem with the store but extremely poor customer service. I was there to purchase body sprays, so not spending much. I think that maybe the reason behind the rude service. I was waiting for the billing but the Sales Associate was about to bill the other customers who came to the store after me. The other person intervened and asked her to finish my billing. Then she made a whole fuss about how she cant give me their big bag because I only bought 3 body sprays and if I buy a spa lotion for $2, she can give me their other bag.

I love this story. I get all my cologne from this store. I have about 30 different types already. They always have a special going on.

Dont waste your time and your money going to this place, specially if you are not aware of the differences between Eau the Parfum, Eau the Toilette and Eau the Cologne. They sold me an Eau the Cologne saying that it was better than Eau the Toilette - which I realized later that is not true. Also they sold me a opened package and finally I cannot return it because of the Policies that nobody reads before buying. Stay away, go to Macys and spend your money with the real thing.
