I almost never write reviews but I had to this time. The worst customer service. So I bought some extensions but I was not sure if I was getting the right ones as I needed to show to my stylist first. I ask them about their return policy and they tell me that as long as I bring it back new (as packaged) and with the receipt, I would be able to exchange it. I go back a few days later to exchange the hair and they tell me they dont allow exchanges. I ask to speak with their colleague who had told me that I could exchange it and they inform me to come back a week later when their boss comes back from vacation. I am just in disbelief by the treatment I got in this place, not to mention that all of their stuff is overpriced. I do not recommend this place.

I never write reviews but my experience over there was horrible. I bought a product which i didnt open and I have lost my receipt. I asked for a credit since I lost the receipt and the owner didnt want to give me a credit since their POS system is trash. As a retail as well I know how things work and of not trying to help me thats ridiculous. They just lost a customer which i was a regular. NEVER AGAIN.

I’m personally a hairstylist and I went to buy hair product cause I had ran out for my next client. When I got to my shop I open this product to use it and it has black and white mold all over the gel. This is unacceptable. The price of this is overcharge so we expect to have good service and good hair products quality. PLEASE CHECK YOUR HAIR PRODUCTS!!!. Alot of people have sensitive scalp and can truly get a bad irritation or abrasion. BE CAREFUL BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS HERE.

I went to buy a shampoo and conditioner on the weekend, not only the over price the item from the actual price the item was marked but also I found that the expiration date was almost delete it from the item because the shampoo was already expired . Never buying from these places again!!!!

When you can easily find cheaper and a greater variety of products online, you have to have an edge and that should come from your employees. A good employee can offer advice & recommendations. People usually dont mind spending a bit more money in their community if they get the right recommendation for their beauty issue (color correction, dandruff, hair loss, etc). Hint hint! What doesnt work is having employees that look annoyed when you ask them a question and whisper in Spanish when they clearly know you speak it. Leaving three stars because I think you guys can do better.

Horrible! They charged me twice for my product! The they couldn’t understand why the receipt wouldn’t print up. Then they asked me for my card for the third time! I said it was approved twice! They didn’t believe me, then they checked the paper on the credit card machine & empty! No paper. Then? When I asked them to print up my receipt they couldn’t figure that out! Duhh- I asked them to do a batch report & my 2 charges showed up. The Asian lady was nice, but the Latina with the brown wavy hair & fake eyelashes was as so rude! She kept rolling her eyes at me like I was wrong! They’re the ones that charged me 2 times! Then they could not figure how to reprint all the receipts! I told them to hit the reprint button! The Asian lady called her husband & he walked her through the whole process! Sheesh ! Then they printed the receipts & voided one charge & wanted me to sign the voided receipts ! I said No! You voided this! I don’t need to sign a Void receipt!! Come on people! Ridiculous!!! The whole time, the Latina lady was rolling her eyes saying “ give her all the receipt later she don’t trust! We’re gonna be here all day with her” this wasn’t my fault! Umm I don’t trust!! will never set foot on that place again!!!

Staff can be very unprofessional and just rude!!!! I cannot believe the owner allows this behavior!!! There is one employee who is helpful and pleasant but my last two experiences has me really questioning if I will EVER be a returning customer. I’m just appalled at this behavior.

To be honest I like this place but I went in yesterday to get something and was overwhelmed with the amount of people in the store. No social distancing and everyone was just on top of each other I had to leave. Just try and comply with the regulations for peoples sake take this covid-19 thing serious.

Doesnt have much diversity. Didnt even have lace glue! Waste of time

Terrible places, they will over priced you and you wont even noticed, plus most of the products are expired already be careful.

If you used a product all you life and it works for your hair, and them you buy it from these places and it makes your hair hard and breakable it means that theres have to be a problem with these beauty supplies .

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling. They are helpful, and willing to listen what I need.They also have great selection of hair products. My favorite brands are there.

I only go here when I cant get to another hair supply store. Its not Terrible but I wish they had larger and better quality of colored dye brand selections.

I always find my go-to Dominican hair products at this store at a fair price because they are I know they are imported. They have a vast amount of products for all types of hair and they a have a decent selection of markup products.

They robbed me out of my money, trying to convince me i got the right produced. Which it was not, the Asian lady at the counter was very nasty. They over priced the produces and scammed me out of my money. Never going here again.
