One of the ladies in the pharmacy, I always see when I pick up my meds...I cant think of her name right now...but she is the sweetest lady ever. Its always a joy to speak with her. Ive been using this as my pharmacy for years and Im a very happy customer. They are always great at getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner the pharmacists are always ready to offer insight for any questions I have and are very knowledgeable. I just appreciate the service I receive here.

Will never go back to this location ever again. 2 covid vaccines scheduled for the second dose.. They do not honor your appointments. They even sent a reminder about the time of the appointments. Beyond angry with them. I scheduled this dose 3 weeks ago and they said they changed their hours 2 weeks ago. No notice or call to reschedule. Piss poor service and at least one employee that wants to do nothing but blame their scheduling system. Take responsibility and admit your mistake. When you work for a team it is everyones fault including yours.Go to the New Albany Walgreens on State street if you must. Staff is accommodating and nice.

Covid test scheduled. Took ove an hour. 3 cars infront of me. I figured thered be a wait. Longer than I expected. But it made sense once I got to the window. The person they have handling the tests should not be working there. Clearly had no idea.

If youre going to get the vaccine, dont get it here. HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife and daughter went in for their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine. First it WAS NOT administered by the pharmacist, second the woman didnt wash her hands or wear gloves before giving the shot, third she stuck the band aid to her arm while she gave the shot and then proceeded to stick said band aid to their arms. If I were there I would have been FURIOUS and may have had to tell this girl how to properly do her job, if I know that what she was doing is wro g why didnt she!?

Very unprofessional. The pharmacy drive-thru is never open. The wait time in the store is always 30-45min. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

On my last visit to Walgreens I received a coupon for $7 off my next purchase of $25.   Tonight I went back and my order came to $54.10.  I gave the cashier the coupon, he scanned it, and repeated thatll be $54.10.  I said the coupon didnt scan and he tried again.  Still nothing.  He read the coupon and said oh, this is for your cash rewards, it goes in the system and you get it on your NEXT purchase.  I asked for the manager, she tried to scan it.  Then the cashier told the manager what he said to me and she said, uh yeah, so it will come up on your next purchase.  I have never received a coupon for money off your next purchase, that is then applied to a third purchase.  So, I went across the street to CVS.  Ill also be switching my Rx to CVS as well.

The pharmacy staff is very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I think a few of them think they are doctors. Thank God, they are not!!!!! I will never use Walgreens again!!!!!

I love this pharmacy. They are always so quick and efficient. They don’t keep you on hold forever and the staff are friendly.

Flu shot

Went through drive thru on a Sunday. Pharmacist accused me of lying to him over a script because I told him I went to a Walgreens in a different town in KY before (it was actually in IN) and was rude. I will NEVER go back to a Walgreens for ANYTHING again. I got my script filled at Target. What a complete embarrassment of a human being.

Store convenient. Presented, displayed and stocked well. Cashiers are friendly and efficient. Kudos to the cashiers who deal with an array of customers. Con: homeless folks usually loitering outside, some panhandling for money and now they are coming inside.

From the pharmacy to photo, cashier etc the staff has always been exceptional. I do wish corporate would keep the pharmacy 24 hours here because its one block from the emergency room at the hospital and just off the interstate and a lot of people have come to rely on it. Please rethink your decision walgreens.

Pharmacist has the worst bedside manners I’ve ever seen. Not only will I not come here ever again, but I’ll never come to ANY Walgreens again.

Worst place to go! They say 10 minutes they mean an hour and thats after doctor called in 2hours prior to me showing up. Hire more people. I wish cvs across the street still to my kids insurance, so much better over there

Friendly but slow expect a long delay if any cars are in drive thu. We were car 4 and it took 25 min really? Wouldnt bad if this had beenthe first time but seems the norm

Round and round and round she goes, what they charge, nobody knows. Pay no attention to prices for some store items you may find on the internet, they may bear no resemblance to what you are actually charged at the store.

I find them to be more expensive the CVS across the street. Plus the pharmacy staff is way better at CVS

I typically do not give an establishment a 1 rating. However, today my experience with pharmacist Ahmed was less than a .000. Myself and my husband have been a very loyal customer of this particular store for over 22 years. This pharmacist (Ahmed) is very rude & unprofessional, today was not the first time I’ve received his rude attitude. He acts like he hates helping the public. Not to mention the pharmacy hours are VERY inconsistent and have been ever since they discontinued 24hr service. The web site states that they are open till midnight. I arrived to the counter today at 5:44PM the angry pharmacist Ahmed was helping someone at the drive thru. He finished and turned to help me... I was the ONLY person at the counter, I explained I need a Rx filled and needed to pick up several other rx that were ready. Ahmed immediately snapped “We close in ten minutes @6:00” “I can’t fill your rx and I’m tired of you -everyone coming in at closing time wanting there rx filled”. 1. I didn’t know your hrs had changed YET again. 2. I asked nicely if he would make an exception and please fill my husband rx. 3. Dont be a D_ck! Let me repeat.. This same (Ahmed) pharmacist has been RUDE, RUDE, RUDE to me on several other occasions. So for me, my husband & our $$ I’M DONE!!!!! I can take my $200 a month to another store. I realize that’s no huge loss for this stores bottom line. But, I certainly shouldn’t have to deal with angry pharmacist Ahmed either. I do want to say that he is the only rude -nasty employee I’ve ever experienced there. The lady pharmacist is a sweetheart as is Carol a pharm tech (who has been there forever. Love her) and the other pharmacist techs all Very Nice!!! I will miss seeing them. But.. one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Ahmed you are very unprofessional!!! . Perhaps, you should be filling Rxs at an online pharmacy, so you won’t have to deal with the public. I would recommend the WG on Holmans Lane!!!
