Had my wife call and order a part this was 9-4-21 at 3:40 p.m the guy said he would order it go the next day to pick said part up and the guy didnt order it.

Went today and there was a young man named nick working really hard and a bunch of old men standing around doing nothing! Pretty sad sight to see a store with multiple employees and only one working. I applaud the young man nick for putting up with it and doing all the work! Wish the other employees would do more than just sit around!

They have several brands oil and brake fluid to choose from for my car. I also bought steering wheel cover a few months ago and its great.

Took my moms car to check the battery and left feeling confident that I will have the problems fixed and not just temporary. Thanks to Dale for being friendly and knowledgeable.

Advanced auto parts was so helpful! They came out and looked at my car, helped me to diagnose it at a shop down the street(by recommendation). And then was able to come back to advance and get the parts I needed. They were VERY helpful!! Especially for someone who works on their cars themselves: this is the auto place to go!

I purchased a part from them wasnt the right one then I tried to return it they told me it it already been put on and they couldnt return my money and I never installed the part both of the guys at the counter told me that it was installed and it was never installed on my boat the boat still is not running.

Always have the right service parts in stock for my F-150. They even installed the wiper blades I purchased. Very nice and courteous employees.

I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because it has higher prices than its leading competitors. But the staff where eager to help and even though I did not buy anything the worker still printed me off price quotes for the parts to my car I was looking for.

We were doing a roadtrip from TN to NYC when our car broke down in Louisville. We stopped by here and the District Manager happened to be there. He was super kind and started helping us right away. Also drove us to a repair shop to get our issues secured away. Such a fantastic experience as complete strangers to the area and people!

The manager there on May 25th 2017 around 1:30 is the whole reason Ill never go to advanced auto again. She was very rude from the start would not help and just walked away. I understand if youre having a bad day but dont take it out on your paying customers.

Overall one of the best auto parts stores in the area.

Called for a quote on a part was told the wrong price I even asked him again if it was for my vehicle make and model and they said yes got all the way there and it was $30 more!! Every time I had been to this store the past three times was a mistake it never turns out right
