Tonight our car battery died so we made a quick stop here. Both of the employees were very helpful and friendly and made sure we had the correct battery. I must admit that I know nothing about cars so it was a relief to have such good service.

Im not sure of the guys name who tried to help me, but he was the only one in this store. He gave me as much of a hand as he could before a bunch of customers showed up. Give that man a raise !

They had exactly what I needed at a great price. I even got them to come out and run the codes for my check engine light. Very helpful.

They are short staffed but they still service the customer unlike other auto part stores in the area. Staff is friendly and do there best to help the customer

Very helpful guys. My daughters car wouldnt start so I jumped her car and took her here. They tested her battery and alternator and said it was good then gave me everything I needed to clean her terminal. Honestly was impressed by the service.

I went there and they were out of the graphite spray that I needed.

These guys helped me out so freaking much last night, my battery was pretty much completely dead and I made it to their store. They got me a good, reliable battery and installed it, but then the car wouldn’t start! They stood out in the rain with me, on the phone trying to figure it out- realized my starter was going out! Tap tap tap and away i went! They made it seem like no big deal but it was to me, thanks guys!

My neighbor had to get my car out of my garage, because my battery was DEAD! He jumped it for me and said head to Autozone. I did exactly that!The technicians at Autozone on 10th were so kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional in the handling of my situation. The old battery post had melted into the cable clamp. (This battery was 7 years old and factory). They worked for an hour pulling the old battery, replacing a cable and setting the new battery.I am a 78 year old female and those great guys saved me a lot stress and money. I even gave one a hug! I highly recommend this store!

The windshield wipers I got the were very good. So quiet when I turn them on. They werent the expensive ones either. Im pleased with how well they work. My windshield is spotless and very quiet.

Stood there with 4 quarts of oil waiting to be checked out for 10 min. Two employees just walked by not saying a word. Walked up to counter sat oil down and left. Honestly it’s was just a bunch of lost people with no clue about anything. They all just looked like lost puppies. Was in and out of Advanced auto in less then 5 min.

We came in at 345 today. Bought headlite and breaklite. Chip waited on us. He was very nice and helpful. Very good at his job and knew his job!! Seemed like a very hard working guy!We appreciated him helping us!

Even though they didnt have the parts I needed, they took the time to size my parts and give me part numbers to make the search easier. Nothing in it for them and they still helped. That says something.

I am a 58 year old women i came in to ask to use a open end wreach so i could clean a battery post .He men inside were so rude they got smart with me saying we dont do favors like that then he proceeded to give me a empty can of spray told me to use this.I thanked him and used the spray they never even came out of the store .i have been to many autozones and other parts places never have i been treated this way.I will never go back to this store .And yes i am a light skinned black lady. It was around 5:50 sept.16th 2019 .Never will i go there again.

They no longer seem to have anyone working there that knows anything about cars more then batteries and alternators so it makes it hard to find parts you need if you dont know the part name.
