Love the body creams,hand creams, and my favorite is the wallflower refills. My husband loves the candles and the mens products. Everyone should try their stuff at least once. Have to have for all occasions.

I havent really shopped here since I was younger, but I decided to get some of the Japanese Cherry Blossom body spray I used to use. When I arrived at the store I was greeted very kindly and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I told the employee what I was looking for and she got me a basket and even helped me get some more Japanese Cherry Blossom stuff to go with my body spray. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.I decided to go back today to see if they still carried their White Jasmine line, the employee let me know it was discontinued but she helped me find a body spray that had Jasmine in it and matched what I was looking for perfectly. If youre ever looking for a good body spray, these awesome people at Bath and Body Works will definitely help you!

Sadly, my first trip to a bbw in over 10 years was not a pleasant one. In spite of covid restrictions the store is still very crowded due to small space and a non-streamlined layout, which led to frustrated and confused shoppers, myself included. My intention was to buy a couple things but after fighting my way to the line I gave up, daunted by the prospect of having to be further buffeted by strange bodies just to get a candle.

The place is pricey to me personally, but they always have good sales. I love their candles and thats my main reason to go there! Staff is helpful and the environment is any OCD persons dream.
