They state they are walk-in for vaccines.... they are not. They leave customers in line for near 30 min while basically having a full doctors appointment with people asking about glucose issues (go to an actual doctor people). I have not been impressed with this pharmacy at all.

My company has a partnership to get free walk in flu shots. My wife went in to get one, the tech told her to hold on a moment while they asked the pharmacist if they had time, to which the pharmacist replied Nope and that was the end of it. Wife drove thirty minutes to get there because its the only walgreens nearby so that we can save money and try to protect ourselves from the flu, but I guess thats not happening at this walgreens.

I was loading photos to have printed and the lady in the photo lab was helping me. She was busy working around me since I had questions and was almost ready to have them printed. She was called away by, a gal that I assume was the manager/assistant manager. This gal proceeded to reprimand her in front of me for not watching the front door. It was a shift change. So the kind lady that was helping me started working at an isle closer to the front. She was then reprimanded for not just standing behind the register. This all happened in a very load fashion in the open in front of customers. I understand that they needed someone to watch the front door, but this gal was working in the cosmetic area anyway, by the front door. It was embarrassing for me to hear this, I cant imagine how the kind lady felt. I finished with my photos and it said they would be ready in 20 minutes so I walked around the store waiting for my photos. I finally went up to the kind lady and asked her about by photos, she still be flustered with the public reprimands tried to use her two way radio to call for someone to check on them for me but she couldnt get it to work. She was checking out an employee that had just gotten off of her shift. This lady did not try to help her, she just looked at her. So, the kind lady called over the store speaker system for help in the photo lab. The manager again came up and reprimanded her for not using the two way radio. Another store employee was at the photo lab by this time. I told her that my photos were supposed to be ready. She said they werent printed and it will be another 15 minutes or so. I had an appointment and had to leave, I live 35 minutes away from the store. The store was very clean and everyone was kind and helpful but this young gal that was managing the others never acknowledged me once. She knew that I was working one photos at the photo lab. She didnt check to see if my photos were printing when she called away the kind lady that was helping me. The other employee that had just gotten off of her shift didnt try to help her fellow employee. I felt horrible for this kind lady that was obviously a hard worker. She kept busy the entire time I was in the store waiting for the photos that didnt print until someone came to start the printing. I asked her why they didnt print and she said that I needed to tell someone that I had finished so they could initiate the printing of the photos. First of all the computer did not prompt this, it just said when they would be ready. Second, the shift manager did not check on me after taking away the kind lady that was helping me. Third the shift manager should not have reprimanded the kind lady in public let alone do it three times! Fourth, the employee that was checking out after her shift, could have offered to help the kind lady with the two way radio. Fifth, the computer should have stated after the completion of the process, for me to contact a Walgreens employee before giving me a time that my photos would be printed.

I took two 90 day prescriptions to the pharmacy to be filled. After it was filled I paid and left. This morning I took the prescriptions out of the bag. Expecting two large bottles of medication I discovered that one prescription had been filled correctly and the other one was only a 30 day supply instead of 90. I ended up paying half what a 90 day supply would have been and only got a 30 day supply. When I called them this morning about the issue I was told they ran out of the one particular drug and it would be ready on Monday. They failed to tell me when I picked up the prescriptions that it was a partial fill so that I could decide whether to take the partial fill and pick up the remainder later or go to another pharmacy and get the full 90 day supply. I am from out of state and will not be able to pick up the remainder on Monday plus I drove 60 miles round-trip to give this Walgreens my business. Walgreens, please put the customer first and make them aware of any changes you make to what the doctor has ordered. Remember, they are giving you their business and they can easily go up the street and get their prescriptions filled somewhere else.

Update again: Increasing by one more star because the last fix seems to hav stuck.Update: Increased by one star for finally actually resolving the problem.Getting reminder notifications, emails, and phone calls to refill a prescription that has no refills left. When calling in to ask about it, I was told to ignore the notifications. Now, 2 weeks later, I am still getting reminders. This company needs to fix their reminder system, and someone should explain to this particular stores employees that ignore them is not a valid response to an inquiry about a system that is malfunctioning. I will never use Walgreens for my prescriptions again, yet I apparently will continue to be harassed by their broken notification system.

Upsetting when you have two little ones in the car and you pull up to the drive through at 6 :59 and they say sorry but if you want it you have to come in. I said I cannot get the babies out of the car, and she goes sorry, we close at 7. So next time pull the shade and lock the drawer at 701, no sooner. Been going there for years...
