I went to express to get brake pads put on went tech drove my car and told me nothing was wrong with my brakes. He saved me a 150.00 dollars thank God for honest people they are few and far between. I will be back again

Went in for a basic oil change. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Even with waiting on a car in front of me. Attendant was nice and prompt and well spoken.

They were very good and efficient plus it only took a few minutes for them to change my oil and check all the fluids plus they checked the air in all of my tires and spare

We took my wifes car there and they didnt tighten the oil plug and all the oil ran out while she was driving it. If they dont have more knowledgeable people working there they shouldnt be allowed to touch someones vehicle.

Earlier this week, I had a flight to catch in Atlanta. My car basically exploded, my oil filter was done for, and I needed an oil change fast or I was going to miss my flight. The guys that work here got it all done in under five minutes, charged me a fair price, and got me on my way.I would literally recommend this place to anyone, whether they asked or not. Literally saved my week and I would give them more than five stars if I could.

I recently had an issue with my battery light coming on. I did like most people do I looked on the internet for solutions. Most post were pointing towards the alternator, since overcharging was my main issue. Replaced alternator and it didn’t resolve my issue. So I took it into the Jasper location and within 2 hours I had my issue resolved. I could’ve saved a lot more money if I would’ve gone there first. Big thanks to Buddy Robinson at the Jasper location.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes I pull up and it really is an Express Oil Change. Most other times its a Lengthy oil change. Upwards to an hour of sitting in ur car. Its ridiculous to me.

Went to get a light socket installed and ended up getting a new belt hose and power steering fluid put In because they didnt put things back together after installing socket and bout caused me to wreck because i didnt have any fluid all the fluid ran off on my belt causing it to squill so they had to replace it all

I use express lube but not anymore. My car broke down on 78 hwy young man named Ellis stoped helped push car out of road and helped find problem my alternator went out. The young man called a friend that had wrecker service and got me safely home. There isnt many people around anymore that will spend 2 hours with you and not even accept a tip. Im going to send everyone to express oil.....

Always get my oil changed here best oil change in Walker county

Spent $150 to change oil and rotate tires on my F250. Didnt reset or even know how to reset oil monitor. Did not put proper air pressure in tires after rotating tires. Be careful, they are not very thorough.

Went by for an alignment after calling them, and I get told we can do you vehicle its to low. However, its still stock suspension, and I told him that... yet the tech still refused saying their lift is for trucks. So... dishonesty=Check

I have always got my oil changed here and never had any problems until the last year . I got a new car and got my oil changed and they forgot to put the bolt that holds the plastic undercarriage back in. I had to call someone to fix it . So i said it was a simple mistake .went back and it happened again. So i said i will just tell them what happened and tell them to make sure they put them all back in. Well it happened again.
