My experience was very good with a very quick turnaround to take my new vehicle home. My experience with Ruxer was phenomenal. Every salesman there helped at some point along the way, unlike usual where you only deal with the guy selling it to you. They all act like they know you the second you walk in the door. They worked very hard to get the best deal, and I wasn’t there a half hour and I drove home with the new truck.
I cant say enough about how good my experience with Ruxer has been. I reserved my 2021 Bronco through another local dealer and changed dealerships a few months later after seeing how active and helpful Phil Abbett was on the Bronco6G forum. Both Phil and my salesman, Ron Otto, were knowledgeable and prompt in communication. I got a great deal - below MSRP with no dealer mark-ups or documentation fees. They went over my Bronco and documented and/or addressed any issues prior to me picking it up. Ive avoided dealerships in the past, but my Ruxer experience has been nothing but positive, and Id recommend them to anyone for sales or service. It was well worth the hour drive to get to them.
I had a warranty-covered issue with our Ford Focus. Due to COVID, the part required was on triple-back order. Our vehicle wasnt safe to drive, so Ruxer gave us a loaner to use while we waited for the part. It took well over a month for the part to arrive.Over the past 15+ years I have purchased Fords from Ruxer they have always been so easy to work with, accommodating, professional and just friendly to us as customers. From the sales staff to the service department, I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Called and spoke with Tim about financing and within an hour of my online credit application he was calling me back. I asked a ton of questions and he gave me his time to answer them. Upon arrival of the dealership Tony had the car ready to be test driven. He was really attentive and easy going. When we decided to purchase the vehicle he gave all the required information to Tim. We waited maybe 20 minutes for Tim to get things ready. During which Tony got the vehicle ready grabbed my boys a couple ball caps. They were happy...we were happy. It was a very pleasant experience and they respected our time. I would recommend Ruxer Ford just based or my experience with these two gentleman.
I had been looking for a smaller USED truck for about a year from dealerships all over southern indiana. Prices were high, vehicles werent quite right, trade-in offers were low.. With bad economy, interest offers on new trucks made it more appealing to go new. However, supply on lots was almost nonexistent-unless you wanted the most expensive ones. Again, I looked everywhere. If a dealer had one, they wouldnt budge from MSRP and didnt really want to help search from other dealers. THEN I viewed Ruxers website and found that they had 2 new rangers selling below MSRP! Drove my 50 miles to check out the rangers. They had one left(the one I wanted). On my first visit I was warmly welcomed and provided excellent service by Mitch. Things were going pretty well until I got panicky and questionned myself about everything in life. I left without buying, but was still treated politely. Came back 2 days later and treated very well again. I bought my truck and Mitch carefully explained operational details of the truck, since Im old school. He went way beyond normal expectationa good reviews to help me. I highly suggest you give them a try. By the way, another dealer offered me a discount if Id write a good review BEFORE I bought anything. I am getting no bribe to write this honest review of my experience.

I have been to my brands dealership multiple times and never could get it right, and a friend said to take it to Ruxer Ford. I have not looked back since. I am completely satisfied and they have gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. Yes, vehicles can be challenging at times, but these professionals dont give up. I am so thankful that my satisfaction is what is important to them, and I will keep coming back due to this alone.

We had been searching for months for the car we wanted in a certain price point, and we found it this weekend at Ruxer. The vehicle itself exceeded our expectations while staying in the price range we needed, but the real value we found at Ruxer was the customer service. We messaged Brandon Frick inquiring about price and asking if he could hold the car, as we were on our way and our drive was going to be 2 hours. He promised he would, and made sure that the car was washed, up front, and ready for us to test drive. He was super knowledgeable about the cars features, and we never felt pushed or pressured about anything by any person there that we talked to, and they took care of us and got us out and on the road with our new car quickly. I would highly recommend Ruxer for your next purchase. Very worth our time and trip!

Very nice when taking my appointment to pick up my car from where I work at. Liked how they left the invoice on my care with all the details they did to my car. I was confused about something, but when I called to pay for my invoice I just asked and they explained it all. The one little thing I do suggest is that they do some kind of either text or email letting us know when the car was taking and when it was brought back. Because for a while I didnt think it was taken.
I bought a 2020 Ford Edge last week. It was an easy process and Brandon Frick is most knowledgeable and professional. This is the first time I’ve bought from Ruxer and the experience was outstanding!
We had a Kenworth W900L into the collision center following and accident at the end of May. The damage on the truck had included the hood, bumper, radiator, air to air, a/c parts, grille and had shoved the hood into the metal cowl between the hood and cab damaging it. The initial damage was $15,000 of repairs. I spoke with Dennis at the body shop and negotiated installing and painting daylight doors on the truck while repairs were being made. When the truck came out of the shop they had not painted the cowl between the hood and cab, truck was undercharged on freon, all the old radiator lines and freon lines were put back on. Only one hood mount was replaced while one old one was put back into the hood. The lights in the bumper were not properly installed and didnt work. I had to fix the electrical wiring on them. The paint on the doors have what appears to be dust in the paint. I had to tie the doors shut as they were unable to accomplish mounting the doors over a four day span and billing me for the extra time. I took the truck home and managed to do it within an hour an a half in my shop. I have had the truck on the road for about a month now and the Kenworth decal on the hood is falling off. The overall total that they received from the insurance for such a poor job was over $17,000 and they severely overcharged me on a separate tow bill. To add insult to injury they overcharged me on my side by $30 and called me about it later. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with how poor the job was done, nothing was done to try to rectify the situation. I would steer clear of this body shop as the quality of their work is substandard. I know I will never do business with them again.

Great customer service professionals (courtesy). The piece missing is details of service job. Invoice full of abbreviations. No explanation of what services performed. At time of appointment setting, requested a vehicle assessment of any Ford recalls on my E450 vehicle. No communication at pickup. Need detailed report of service event for records. I have received this from GM dealer for previous owned vehicles.

I hadnt needed service on my F150 for awhile, but suddenly I did and the guys a Ruxer came through for me. They scheduled me in for the next day, I had my pickup towed in, they called me late afternoon to let me know that they were able to get it repaired that day. I know that dont happen every day, but every once in awhile they can Make Your Day!!!

Dont ever have your vehicle towed by Ruxer after it is stolen and wrecked unless the police have the person in custody. Ruxer will send you a certified later in the mail threatening to have your vehicle title declared abandoned and sold before you get the bill! Ruxer Ford and the Jasper police departments logic is that a victim of theft is responsible for the towing and storage during the investigation. Let me repeat, I was robbed and never received a bill for the towing and storage charges to begin with but I get threatened...nice. I will guarantee my family and friends will never purchase a vehicle from this company in my lifetime.
Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, hose and belt, and brake inspection. They also took care of a recall repair. Total time at dealership was one hour, but the big surprise was the final bill. No charge. I bought the car there and they had enrolled me in an owner rewards program. Very pleasant surprise.

The service department is great, they are there to help me in anyway they can. And give me up front answers to questions I may have. Ford company not so much, when you something major wrong with your car and its a problem for many customers who have these types of vehicles, knowing what the problem is and not taking care of there customers is a bad deal. I hope they understand this gives a bad taste in customers mouths to not want to buy another Ford. So I hope they understand the concerns of there customers and the problems.

I am a proud owner of a 2019 F450 platinum, brought the truck in because after a year and a 1/2 it would not start due to the batteries being bad, ruxers took it in and completed repairs along with recall work in one day, but the things that were wrong with it or not quite right when it came back to me are discouraging and unacceptable, when the batteries were replaced none of the functions like the automated running boards were turned back on or the clocks were not reset in the vehicle, also the battery blankets that sit around both batteries were not re installed correctly they were all bunched up and did not sit down against the batteries fully, also they tailgate recall that requires harness to be repaired was not tied up and was dangling from underneath the truck, I maintain this truck with an open check book and spend countless hours keeping it in pristine condition, and to receive the truck back in the condition it was returned is just due to pure laziness, and is not acceptable.Ruxers did try to right the wrongs, I let them service it only to find more laziness, and unfinished work, did not grease the chassis as service paperwork says to do, along with tire pressures were not adjusted as they said they were on sheet, one front was 10psi low and right inside rear was over 10psi low, checked it before I left the dealer, they had to pull it back in to correct these itemsAnd since I cannot leave another review I will leave this review on my f550 work truck that I have taken to them only to find out they could not complete repairs correctly either on both vehicles, part of the chassis was left ungreased, ball joints were not found on service but when we had them check alignment they were found but by then it was too late and I had to pick the vehicle up, this was the 2nd time I have brought the truck in for the parking brake and the same part to be replaced and repaired, they did not have the part in stock still, however they did complete the front brake service correctly, and I know all you say I may be petty about some of the stuff that I have mentioned here but when you pay hundreds of dollars for a service they are providing they could at least do them correctly or finish them, and when talking to Phil Abbott, he said that if I had lost confidence in their service that I should take it somewhere else, he did not right any of the wrongs, just offer excuses like our lube Tech only makes $13 an hour, and that I shouldnt expect much from the techs service work or repairs, All in all I am just very disappointed, they offer services but cannot complete them as they say or promise.Update, I have been banned from ruxers as a result of these discrepancies and my honest review, they now are refusing to work on my truck that is still under ford warranty.

Your staff has always been courteous and helpful. Oil change price is reasonable. What I didnt find reasonable was the cost to replace the cabin filter. Cost of the filter is one thing. But to charge $14+ to replace it seems a little much especially considering it was pulled out to be examined and if it had been ok, then it would have been put back in without an extra charge. So, note to self, find out where it is located and change it myself!
My 2016 F1 50 4 x 4 droped the fuel pump in Birdseye Indiana and I had it towed to RuxerFord in Jasper Indiana.That happened late Saturday afternoon I called them Monday at noon and told him the story and they put me at the front of line and I had my truck back by Friday with recalled done and some other issues taken care of and they charged me zero deductible. Cant beat that if you tried.I failed to mention that was Thanksgiving week.I highly recommend the people at Ruxer Ford they have a good crew there.

I very much appreciated this gesture of good will. They also advised me steps had been taken to address my issues.*Second Addition - Another terrible experience with a salesman. I had to tell, then prove to, the man what specs the car I was looking at had. I then realized he didnt actually understand the difference between two types of V8s. I was thinking hard about trading up to the car I initially wanted, but compromised at the time for various reasons. He did everything he could to disuade me, plus giving me a economics lesson on the steel industry. Ive placed POs on near 70 million pounds of steel in my carrier. He sells cars. He made it clear I was wrong, and then needed to do something more important than sell me a car. Wow. Just wow.
