Very respectful to those in need of wrecker services been BEST AT WHAT THEY DO SINCE 2017...

My car was scheduled to be towed on Friday between 11 and 1. Kilgore was a No-show. When I called THEM at 3:30, I was told that they were backed up. Rescheduled for Sat 10 - noon. No show - no call. Rescheduled for Mon 2-4 PM. No show - no call. If YOUR car needs towing, would this be the kind of company you will depend on?

Called AAA and was told Kilgore Towing was coming. 45 min past the ETA I called Kilgore and was told by the man who answered that nobody from AAA had contacted him. After calling AAA again it was confirmed that Kilgore had been contacted but had denied the request.If thats how the company does business I dont see how you are still in business. Straight up lying by the guy answering the phone because he is too lazy to do his job is bad business. I can assure you that every chance I get I will make sure I tell anyone looking for a wrecker service to call ANYONE but Kilgores.

Called Kilgore to pick up a broke down semi truck on side of I-22, but instead of going to get truck like he said he would he left the truck and driver on the side of the road and kept giving him excuses of why he hasnt beem there yet. Bottom line, dont waste your time with these ppl. They wont be getting business from us anymore.

I called yesterday to have my truck towed nd the guy who answered was the one who came nd got me nd my truck. It didnt take long for him to get there at all. Wen he got there to get my truck he was very nice nd even was gonna try nd help me figure out what was wrong with my truck. I knew what it was but him trying to help me was awesome. Also wen u get in the tow truck with the driver usually u would feel awkward nd some drivers r quiet nd wont talk but we talked about our kids nd our spouse. Its good knowing that some people still do try nd make conversation instead of being creepy nd quiet lol.. I would recommend Kilgore towing to anybody that needs a tow. They r very fast nd professional nd made sure I didnt sit out in the hot sun for hours waiting for a tow truck to pick me up like most tow companies would make u do.. Thank u so much again for the help. I would post his name but i dont think I asked or heard him say his name if he said it.

I would suggest this place to everyone. When I called I got a person that was cheerful in the middle of the night. Sent a wonderful guy to help me out and was super nice. Best experience I ever had due to unfortunate circumstances. Amaxing!!!!!

We used Kilgore towing and found the service to be great. Mr. Kilgore was polite and courteous and made sure we were taken care. We highly recommend their professional services.

Useful when your wife has had a wreck. Will come pick up the car, take you for your rental, and work with you on your schedule. Good workmanship on the repairs.
