Was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. 3 hours later and I finally had my tires. 3 guys were working but didnt seem to be in much of a hurry to do anything and was VERY scatter brained. Will stick to Big O tires from here on out.

Uhhhh, Id rather take the tire off myself. You talk about not caring about the customer.

A good place to get the little things your vehicles need to perform better. Pretty good staff that is willing to help you find what you need

The people here are fantastic. I rolled in with a flat tire and they came right out to my car in the lot. The tires bolts were frozen in place. But they worked until they got it done. Very reasonably priced. These guys are great.

I was struggling with mounting two standard-size tractor tires Id purchased at the same store, so I figured I would bring them to a professional. When I asked if they could do it, there was no hesitation. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, which was fine- I got a phone call 45 minutes later (so I cant imagine they spent very long trying...) I was told we cant mount them, these tires cannot be stretched to fit these rims --despite the fact that these are the exact same dimensions as the old tires I removed at home with hand tools, not to mention I already had one side of one rim done when I brought them in... If they didnt want to mount them, I wish they would have told me that upfront and I wouldnt have wasted my time.

Had to get 4 tires, told me it would be about an hour. When I went back in an hour nothing had been done. Girl said they had to go to lunch now had one car ahead of me. I will never buy tires at Walmart again, bad management. I have a bad back and waiting for 2 and a half hours is bad. Had they told me that at the beginning I would have come back another day. When you spend nearly $600.00 you need better customer service.

Three hours!!!!!! I came in early to get my tires changed. Three hours later it was done. Only one tech on the floor. He handled what we could do quickly first oil changes but three hours....

The guys working here are super nice and helpful but good grief! Ive been here for 2 hours and am still waiting on them to install 4 new tires. There was one customer here when I arrived so its not like there was a queue ahead of me or anything... I used to work in the tire industry, my car shouldve been in and out in 20 mins or less, this is rediculous!

The man running the register in the auto dept was rude when I remembered that I needed another copy key made after having him make one already. But its life.

I took my truck in for an oil change and there was one car in front of me. First off they told me it would be 20min for the car that was in there and 30 min for mine, which I thought was extremely long to begin with. I came back after 50min and it still was not finished. It took another 40 min before my truck was finished, I advise anyone going to Walmart to get their oil change to go somewhere else.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for years use to get good service !! ! Not any more always a two hour wait even if their is only a couple of cars .. Taking my business elsewhere

Had our battery replaced in our Chrysler 200, which is behind the drivers front wheel. They did not charge extra for that. Also purchased some Goodyear Viva tires for my sons car- best price I could find in town.

The shop is supposedly open until 6pm on Sunday. Arrived for an oil change right as they came back from lunch at 2. No cars in the shop, at all, and I was told they couldn’t do it today. 4 hours isn’t enough for an oil change? I won’t be coming back.

Not enoigh techs scheduled had to wait 1 hour to get checked in.
