My car battery needed replacing and Im new to this area. My nephew suggested Auto Zone. Im slightly handicapped and I was more than delighted with the kindness and service I got when I went there today. Keith Fleck, definitely an outstanding employee, took care of my order and replaced my battery on the spot. He also replaced a brake light bulb for me. Auto Zone, youre the best!!

After I bought my headlight bulb, the employee offered to put it in! He did it way faster than I would have.

I called for a part. They informed me that it was not in stock but they could have it by 7. I drove from Loogootee to pick it up but they didnt even order it. I would give them 0 stars but wasnt an option

Popped in to grab a few things for my husbands truck. Walked around for a few minutes looking for what I needed. Could not find because I am not the most educated on car stuff. So stood in line to ask for help, meanwhile 5 employees are behind the counter only helping 2 people. I made numerous attempts for eye contact and help, with no avail. I walked out. What a disappointment!

My husband was just in there, had everything he needed, stood in line being ignored by the older gentleman walking back and forth so my husband threw his things on the counter and walked out . We went down the road to Advance Auto Parts to get what we needed

My niece recommended AutoZone for a cellphone vent holder because handfree going statewide July 1st. I walked in and found them within 30 seconds and the workers were so friendly.

I was in the store this morning at 8:30 am, no other customers were there but there were several cars in the lot (employees?). I took my purchase to the counter and waited for an elderly employee named Milton to finish his phone call. He looked up at me, no greeting, and actually appeared drunk or hungover...... I asked if I could pay for my purchase and he responded with “cash or card?” Then walked 4 cash registers away and pulled out a magnifying glass to try to read the register screen. The phone rang again and WITHOUT A WORD TO ME, he walked away and looked at the phone and seemed confused. He then continued down the counter and went towards the back of the store where perhaps other employees might be?? Not sure, but I wasn’t going to wait around to find out! I put my cash away and left the store....... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My transaction would have only taken a few minutes since it was one item(for $20) and I was paying cash, it seemed like the person calling the store was more important than an actual customer in the store with cash. Also, not sure how an employee can efficiently do his job if his vision is so poor that he needs a magnifying glass to see!

The guys helped me and explained what little pieces of information I was lacking and saved me from making costly mistakes. As a long time customer, Im continuing to learn new things and their help in parts and some information has been excellent. Store hours are great. Sometimes youll have a wait for desk help but its worth it for their great service.

One of my headlight was out, I stopped during my lunch hour hoping it wouldnt take long. They found my part, checked me out, and installed it free of charge! I was out in 5 minutes! What a relief to have great, fast, and reliable car service near home.

Decent parts

Ive been in a couple messes and they were able to help me from making bigger messes even when I thought I had things right. They are knowledgeable and instead of trying to push you for bigger and better they want to help you fix your problems. The guys here are great and I personally recommend them for ordering and helping even if its something we all think is a stupid question.

The last time I was their, my daughters boyfriends car needed to go directly to a mechanic, since the employee noticed something. It was 6pm and my mechanic couldnt take us. So the AutoZone employee called Bergs in St. Anthony and he could help us. Thanks so much AutoZone!

I had a burned out headlight, so I pulled in there & this nice guy came out to help before I even got out of the car. I think he could see that I am on oxygen & they were not busy but still a very nice thing to do. Light was changed in no time & very reasonably priced.

This is a great place for auto parts as well as Auto accessories

Very helpful staff. Advance Auto across the road didnt have the caliper I needed for my 2000 Ford Taurus so I went to AutoZone and they had exactly what I needed. A few weeks later my other car blew a belt, not only did they have the belt for a 1992 Chevy Caprice Classic, they offer free tool rental so I didnt have to buy a tensioner that I would probably use only once and sit in the toolbox rusting away.

Great place to go for your vehicle needs

My wife and I recently visited the Jasper area for a couple of days with plans to take our kids to Holiday World. The evening we arrived into town I noticed an issue with our car, and suspecting it was the alternator, I took it into this Autozone first thing the next morning for a free diagnostic. Robbie (AZ Employee) performed the test and confirmed my suspicion. Being from out-of-town and scheduled to be at Holiday World within 3 hours with the family I was in a pinch! Not only did this Autozone have my alternator in stock, but Robbie went the extra mile by calling a mechanic that he knew and asking him if they can fit me in right away due to my situation. I drove straight to the mechanic, parts in hand, and 90 minutes later I was on my way back to the hotel to pick the fam up and head to the Amusement Park for the day. Many thanks to Robbie at Autozone as well as Clint at Schaeffer Automotive for top customer care and the wonderful help.
