Cant find help. Staff dont know anything. Managers dont care. Cashiers dont know how to process checks. This is a garbage store. Ill be going to Lowes from now on.

Entering and exiting store is a bit oddly setup for parking. Lot is hard to maneuver and park larger trucks. Decent selection but limited to basic building. Curtis staff and some what knowledgeable.

Had a nice selection of succulent plants.

Home Depot is a great place to go to get anything you need to build the house or to plant a garden order install a toilet LOL you can get anything you need and they have great service and they will help you if you ask them I love going there its a pleasant experience I give them five star and I dont do that but on occasion 👍👌❤️

The Home Depot in Jasper.would be a good place for a Lowes. Because when I call them I am not waiting while the phone rings for 10 minutes and no one answers the phone. Youre lost

It was great. There was plenty of help to help me fine what i needed. Also give me some tips that made the job go quicker.

The biggest attraction rides were shut down & if you bought your tickets online like I did then you wouldnt have known that until you got there so because those rides were shut down there were huge lines for every other ride and the food is outrageously priced and I understand they need to make a little back from all the free soft drinks but to charge over $80 for three adults in a six-year-old its just a little ridiculous so I dont think Ill ever go back

Waited 5 min for the sakes person to finish with one guy. Made eye contact several times while maintaining a 6 foot social distance. Then another man walks right up to him and he walked off with him without even speaking to me. Left my full cart at his desk and walked out of the store!

Delivered water tank. asked overnight parking in lot. Deliver entrance and exit off of common drive. Lots of food places in surrounding area. Busy but friendly

Im a loyal home depot woman!! As is our whole Family!! Hubby loves Milwaukee tools and we are never disappointed when we go, usually every monday. We always find either exactly what we went looking for or we find exactly what we didnt even know we needed!! 😁

Best damn hardware store in the area

Great atmosphere friendly service. The worker in one section had an answer but I only got 25% of what I was asking. End result is..Guess I saved @ least $100 due to the staff not helping me accomplish main reason of shopping there.

Theres always someone here willing to help. Never had any issues while shopping here. Yes, I recommend Home Depot

We bought appliances from Home Depot Jasper, IN and RAS delivered them. They could not install the microwave and told me they will be able to come back to install it. So I had to make some modifications to the boards so it can be mounted but the next available time to install was 1 week out. I did not want to wait that long so was going to install it myself but found out that they took some parts with them when they left. The next day I talked to the manager to set up a time for them to install since they have the parts. I called them to make sure they were going to be able to make it, on the day they were supposed to be here. They did not have any records or notes that they were supposed to show up so the next available time was a week out..... Needless to say, this is a poorly ran company. I suggest that you hold the delivery guys at your house until EVERYTHING is installed. I will NOT go to Home Depot for appliances again. This whole thing is a joke.

Finally a place I can find houseplants in the winter! I also needed some hardware but didnt know exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful employees helped me as soon as I asked.

WOW! Called ahead to verify they had an item in stock. Entered the building, walked directly to the item, carried it to check out area and BAM! Out the door and in the car in less than 5 minutes. I am impressed!

This place is a joke. Very few of the employees ever know where anything is or what they are doing. I’ve tried to buy flooring from them twice. After clicking around for 30 minutes or so “I’m sorry I can’t get it to work... the only people who can help you leave at 5”... I was there well before 5. Unless you are going on to pick up exactly what you need just go somewhere else. I’m cancelling my Home Depot credit card and will just go elsewhere from now on.

They didnt have a lot of the things I went there for but will try again another day.

They have a HUGE SELECTION OF POWER and HAND TOOLS which are COMPETITIVELY PRICED. JUST SO MUCH HERE IN THIS STORE; FRIDGES TO STOVES TO FLOORING TO TOILETS TO JUST About anything a D.I.Y. er or Contractor could ever need.THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH !!!

However, the associates at this store seem bent on talking to each other rather than attending to customers.Maybe The Home Depot should pay them more. Ive worked at The Home Depot, and I feel for these folks, because I know their managers probably treat them poorly. Having 1 person do a 2 person job and such.

Dropped off a Penske Truck and trailer at this store. Customer Service was very kind and it was a good experience overall.

I had to ask three different people about something I had a picture of and they still couldnt tell me if you have it or not finally they got some guy that knew what it was and you guys dont have it I have to order it online

Worst experience Ive ever had there. My husband and I were there looking for t-molding and everywhere we turned someone was offering to help, which was good. We got to the self check-out and it rang up the wrong price so we pushed the button for service and the woman working right there said someone would be right there. 20 minutes later still no help, yet 3 associates were standing there talking to her and another customer in front of us needed help at the self check-out so I helped him and we ended up letting the associates know that we didnt want our products and were walking out. She was like, oh just wait a few more minutes. We walked out. Very unprofessional....🤨🤨probably will not be back

Im a frequent shopper at HD an will continue but what annoys me is floor personnel who insist on helping an to be honest I know the store layout better then they do. If they dont know where something is located, say so. Instead of having you follow them up an down aisles while they look for it. George at paints, Tom in general are my two go too people

50 people is all they let in at a time, but Walmart can have over 1000, it doesnt seem like this store is that much smaller than Walmart.

I cannot give this store a good rating. A friend of mine bought an entry door from them. The man who took the order, ordered the wrong kind, ordered the wrong size, wrong color. They did not want to work with him on the door, they would not refund his money. He is still trying to cut trim to hide the size error and he has to take it someone to get professionally stained. . This has been going on over 6 months. Check their policy before you order. Save every record and receipt if you have to special order anything.

I own rental property and also do handyman work and have been using our Home Depot since it opened its doors. Yes...I have purchased some big ticket items that were defective, however, all problems were handled quickly and professionally without any hassle. I highly recommend this store.
