This place does not exist. It is an empty building

I live in the city and my power, along with those who live in my neighborhood, goes off several times a month for NO apparent reason (pole hit by car, weather, ect.) totally inexcusable! This happens more frequently year after year! Absolute negligence and a piss poor excuse of an electric company.

I have never had any issues with appliances or customer service. Jonathan has always been more than helpful with his knowledge of the appliances and is always available to answer questions.

Poor customer service. Poor management. Poor record keeping.
