Do not waste your time. The sell 🍋. Straight up get cars to barely pass inspection. Cars dont last. Within weeks nothing but MAJOR headaches. Wheel bearings. Rotors. Struts. Brakes. Exhaust. All tires replaced. Spark plugs. Engine oil literally needed to be filled once a week. Engine ticking. Another wheel bearing....more work more $$$ spent into trying to repair something that should have never been sold to a single mother that has her children in the car. Was told by my mechanic Im lucky we didnt die driving what was sold and supposedly passed inspection. Just keep looking its not worth the headache and time spent trying to find rides cause your car is constantly in the shop. Or all the $ to replace parts that had rusted out way before your purchase or the tows to the shops. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

**BUYER BEWARE***Bought a Carolla 5-6 months ago and it looked decent. Needed a few things here and there. Which is normal for a used car, It was a decent price as well but today I just found out theeExhaust system was rigged to look good and its going to cost 500-1500 to get it fixed properly. Ive yet to hear back from the owner and to be honest I dont trust them to not just shoddily rig it further. Definitely dont trust this place and get a good second opinion and look over if youre considering a used car. I wont be coming back to this place for sure.

Do not EVER buy a car from this poor excuse of a “dealership”. If something ends up wrong with your car, they will waste time just to get that 30-day warranty up. I have taken my car to 3 SHOPS to get a diagnosis and they all tell me the same thing is wrong with it. I paid $6,000 for this car and it shouldn’t have serious issues ONE DAY after I bought it. They’re refusing to fix it, even though they NEVER did a thorough diagnosis. Their diagnosis is “it’s not making any noise so it’s a perfect car”. They obviously know NOTHING about cars. Funny beacause one night, I went to pick my car up after they did nothing to fix it, and one of their old mechanics was there, because he still shares the shop. He told me that he looked at my car, and the owner is lying to me, because he doesn’t have the money to fix it. This guy also told me he no longer works for the owner, because he kept paying him less and less. When I brought this up to the owner, he acted clueless and treated me like some dumb girl who knows nothing about cars. I am taking them to court for wasting my time and money!!!

Theyll work with you to make the buying experience as simple as possible and work with even poor credit to get you into a vehicle youll like..but if you tell them about some problems within the 30days that you didnt know existed, they wont fix it and claim its just the make and model..and now a month after the 30days is up, the engine is misfiring.If they at least fix the problem, Ill improve my review rating.Update: They did a temporary fix to the last noted problem, but 3 days after I got my vehicle back and told it was good to go and there shouldnt be any problem, it completely died on me and they refused to come out and at least try to help, because I was over warranty. It was a bad battery and alternator, which was obviously a pre-existing problem.Im not letting them touch my vehicle ever again and going to get it thoroughly looked over by a different shop.If you wish to buy from these people, bring a mechanic to look it over so you dont get screwed over.
