Store was not busy on a Saturday morning. They had the painting supplies I needed that I could not get at a more typical big box store. The sales guy was very helpful. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service as usual. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Paint is a little pricey but is well worth it. We actually ended up using less than we would have with some of the big box brands

The manager refuce to sale me a product he was very incompetent and rude i felt discriminated i do business for the biggest contractor in Jacksonville and we will not do business at this location 0% customer service.

I should have read the reviews. I called the store and asked them if they had a particular tool, they had it and told me to rush out there to see if I could make it before they closed at 6. Got there at 5:59 after telling them I was on my way, found the door closed and the person inside making gestures that no way they would let me in even after I has just called and they knew I was on my way. Thanks for nothing.

Dont reccomend, Worth going out of your way for ANY level of customer service. The manager James is the worse out of all of them. Unless you are buying 1000gal or more, dont bother coming here, go the San Marco or the one in Arlington.

Unlike big box stores, someone was available to help me. Although they didnt have exactly what I needed (a gallon of a certain type of paint), instead of making me drive across town to get it at another store, the clerk gave me 4 quarts for the price of the gallon (which was on sale). I was hesitant to go, and in fact was just going to go into the store get a paint sample square and take it somewhere else to have them match it because it seemed more expensive at SW. However, the service is worth any price and it actually was probably very comparable in price. I would highly recommend SW, as they were recommended to me.
