They did not have all that I needed and they charged me twice the price I would have paid at Lowes for a quart size can of paint. I went across the street to ACE and found the spray paint I wanted.

Absolutely love the San Jose store zip 32257. I pay more money for paint here but its the best paint. Steve is the BEST employee ever!! Hes all about Sherwin Williams and customer service!! I drive right by Lowes and shop at Sherwin Williams. At Lowes they move like snails but not here. In and out! A forever customer.

I had a challenge for the paint store, matching paint for a color that I painted a bedroom almost 10 years ago. The associate at the Sherwin Williams store on San Jose Blvd in Jacksonville did a FANTASTIC job matching the color ... he got it right, his name is Joe ... and he is a credit to his profession.

Never again. I will never go by there again for any business. 03/03/2019 i just stopped by to drop off some paint to be matched for my painter who is coming 2 days later. So i walk in and walk up to an empty counter where some young guy with short black hair greets me.... rudely. as he is asking how can i help you or better off what do you want~ i hand him the paint chip sample and and tell him the painter has an account here and asked me to drop this off for him this morning. The guy then starts to TELL ME he needs more then that. Not just how can i hep this customer, but more like you do not have something go away. either way, we own a large real estate company and will pass along this customer service. Or lack of.

I have never had an issue with any problem that I have tossed at them. Always helpful to the Nth degree. The treatment goes two ways. :)

Sherwin-Williams has the best paint service. These days good service is hard to find. I love that the paint you buy is kept on record in the computer system, so years later on you can still match what kind of paint and color it was. The paint is great quality, but more expensive than typical Lowes or Home Depot paint. But. If you get on the email list you can get really good discount coupons.

We were looking for an option to update an old bathroom vanity. On our way home from Lowes, I noticed the Sherwin Williams Paint Store and we stopped in. What a great experience! A young female sales associate asked if we needed help.....I explained we wanted to paint a small bathroom vanity, we showed her the color of our countertop and she immediately found a perfect color.....next was paint brush, roller, painting tray and anything else we needed. The only drawback was trying to get my husband away from their paint can ferris wheel.......you all need to check this out! PS....after painting the vanity.....it came out beautifully.....the perfect color.

Very helpful team. I will be going back and will continue to use the products. The Semi Gloss paint is the best I have ever used. The ceiling paint was equally good.

HANDS DOWN the BEST !!!! As a Design Professional it means EVERYTHING to know that I can go in here myself or send clients and their experience will be positive and pleasant. Brandon has been the Manager here for years and he just gets it right. This location can get very busy ~ but they let you know they care and they get it done. They take customer service seriously here. On the rare occasion a staff member seemed disinterested or inattentive, they werent there the next time I went in, which says alot. Paint isnt $20 a gallon anymore. SW puts out a GREAT product, but if a homeowner cant get assistance or answers theyre comfortable with, quality goes unnoticed. People invest in their homes ~ This Sherwin Williams location takes the time to get it right. Ive been doing business here for years, and love knowing that the positive consistency is here every single time. Thanks Brandon ~ Thanks Sherwin Williams.

They know paint! They are the best paint store! and all the Sherwin Williams stores that I have been in have super customer service.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help - even when they were busy with a steady turnover of customers.

I believe the employees need a little more training on paint most do not know the difference between water based and water-borne!!!! Are you sure youre in good hands at Sherwin Williams??.

Quality of product and this store had excellent service. I ordered on Sunday and it was ready when I picked it up on Monday.

So many great colors to choose from, you can get samples and everyone is so helpful

They dont have in stock what commercial customers need, 5th time in 4 months they didnt have the product we needed and they couldnt help us get it; their customer service is non-existant. If you want respect try Brintons they sell Benjamin Moore in downtown and will make any SW color you need. They also have a great high-gloss paint.

The guys are great and even stay after hours to help you out.
